I'd love those times Jack would pop in to REOville's music thread to gently tease some song or another, or express his approval of some lady or another in the videos!

I think apologies from me to Rob and Pietro are in order. I didn't mean in any way that we wanted to give you money( " charity" )and I'm so sorry it sounded like that!I just wanted to help insure that the both of you could go there to honor Jack as our spokespeople. And there's not much else any of us can do at this time and it feels so good to know that, even if the rest of us can't be there in person, you and Pietro will be able to.

. It's a very old saying that you're only as good as the company you keep, but I'd like to think that our (best!) nook of ECF bears that out pretty well. I'm quite honored to have found my way here (took me long enough, too!). I thank you all for being so wonderfully helpful and warm when I posted in the REO threads outside of the Lounge and making it so evident that I'd stumbled upon a special group of people. And an extra thank you to Nutz, who first told me about the Lounge in one of those threads. As I've said, for some reason, I was always real bad at even looking at the stickies (finally recognized it and changed my ways). Because my stomach keeps me at home much of the time, I'm all the more grateful to be a part of REOville

Now, I wanna know when your big move is 'cause I'm fuzzy on it. Did you say it might be as little as one month away?! Hope Cheri gets a chance to visit you first, as I've seen the two of you discuss. But, then, I'm not sure just how far your new place is going to be from her, since you're staying in MI. Boy, moves are exciting, especially both yours and Nutz', but I will say that just recalling mine brings back just a touch of that special move tension. Do your GDs give good granny massages?

It's happening faster than I had planned on, but it's all good cuz the apartment has central air and this little house has no air! Tho I put in a window air last summer( and it's hard to do!) I can move in July, supposedly the second hottest month of the season, so I'll be nice and cool the rest of the summer.And I'll be on the second floor with a balcony so I can throw water balloons at old people shambling by

In my townhouse I have one a/c in the house. Never used it myself but my son does (spoiled kid). My new place got 2 split a/c's and 2 or 3 window units 
Most folks think its hot here but I get by, just go outside with your cold beer, find a shady spot and chill .

Hi REOvillians! We just got home and I have a lot of catching up to do...
First off, How is Jack!!
Then, where is Scott! My Newhickey got lost somewhere between packing and unpacking in Big Bear. I had DH bring up the vamo with him since he was coming the next day, I asked him to look around but he couldn't find it. I went through everything, DH went through everything and newhickey is missing! OMG, I cannot even tell you how dependent I have become on my precious newhickey!
Okay, off to see if I can find out about Jack...
