Yeah, I shoulda got outta here years ago, but the job was too good, the money and benefits were good, just couldn't give it up and start over. When I retired 6 years ago after 34 years with the company, I didn't want the hassle of moving out. Oh well, I got what I got.

Where are you anyway, south of LA? Traffic aside that must be a nice area.

Up here, bad traffic means waiting for 3 cars to pass before turning left.
And locals complain about all that traffic! It's a common complaint in small town Texas as well!

Thought I'd correct that for you... Most I've seen out there won't come remotely close to draining and most hole on average of 2ml+... Thats not a BF atty or option imo!!!

The id of the squonk hole on a REO is less than 2mm. There would be no point in the squonk hole on the atty to be any larger than that.
I vape 80VG/20PG, and have never had any squonk or drainage issues with the attys I use. Some attys, like the later Manta2s have a small ledge in the well, but I don't mind it.

I'm more east of LA. If people weren't here it would be desert., but not nice like Palm Springs, which is about 50 miles on down the road.

I was referring to newer atty's like the Hadaly, O-Atty, Narda, Goon, and such. They all have the pin which stays above the deck at least 2-5mm... Not even a prayer to remotely drain much... I still consider those dripping atty's because they would leak if tipped to the side in the slightest way!!

Could be with the Narda, Goon, and O-Atty. I don't know. I've never seen them, up close. With the Hadaly, the pin itself is even with the positive piece on the deck. But the positive piece does sit above the deck by the thickness of the insulator, which is less than 1mm.

LA? Never. OC, once in a great while, used to live in the city of Orange, and still know some people there. One little hiccup
on the freeway now a days, and you're stuck.
San Diego here:)

Lots of RM2 loyalists in Reoville. I don't know why, but I never got one. My first REO atty was an RM4, which I used for a long time.
I have 2 and 2 of the o atty clones $10,RM2 is built better but blindfolded I could not tell the difference

Have no reason to doubt you so I'll take your word for it, but the fact remains...it won't or rather can't drain completely and in my book its a leaker!! Been there done that!!

I am glad you are enjoying yours, but with my daily routine it would just leak. I do a lot of odd jobs and most are outside and it has never mattered if I carried my device in my shirt pocket, pants pocket, belt holster, or in my hand. If the device is tilted or leans, it leaks. I just can't squonk and vape till its dry, its a squonk and vape when I can kind of vape. Just my experience...ymmv...

In almost 5yrs of vaping only 2 RDA's have pretty much been leak proof... The O-16 and Pdib's Nuppin'... Why you ask? Because they have a flush to deck feed/drain hole. I even had a CF Stumpy and used it for about 3hrs and it did nothing but leak. I can't explain it. It had a flush feed/drain hole, but it refused to drain. I changed bottles, tubing, cut angles in the tubing, everything but it refused to drain. Within 25hrs of receiving it, it was on its way to S. Africa to its new owner!!

The Nuppin is probably the best draining atty I've ever owned, because the holes are actually below the level of the deck. I have 2 of them. Great attys, as is the O-16. I have 2 of those as well. I don't worry much about complete drainage, because I'm a retired guy. The majority of my vaping is desktop, and my mods always sit vertically. Top air attys would be a good solution, for those who carry mods around in their pocket, or are always tipping them. Unfortunately, there aren't many good ones. About the only ones I like are the Maker, Manta2, and the Thump. I didn't care much for the Rogue.
