The loss of provape is saddening, but it does speak to how fast and far vaping has/is evolved/evolving. When I started, they were the pinnacle of the art. Now, it would seem the market has bifurcated into cheap hot rods and luxury mods, and provape found themselves to be neither this nor that.
Companies need to pivot when the market changes; such is the life of the entrepreneur. It seems to me that provape chose not to be a 'company', but rather to be a stalwart upholder of their vaping first principles. Noble, in a way. It speaks to the product, not the profit, being the point.
We here in Reoville can appreciate that, right? We all vape the Land Rover Defender of mods - a cultishly loved product that still delivers best of breed performance in its domain and refuses to bow to the fickle sensibilities of a capricious market.
