Been there; done that, Brother... And I won't even get into the conversation I recently had with my mother-in-law. According to her, my vaping is what caused my wife's colo-rectal cancer to metastasize into her lungs. Yeah... think about that one for a while.

Q: Was this ever covered in the former P67 thread: Why no SL bodies on a P67? Or is there stuffs about the body design that mean it's just not practical to do?

to time consuming would be my guess

I believe it had something to do with the body being thicker than a standard grand and more time consuming and wear and tear on the machinery... Rob has said at some point he will make them though.
Ah. I didn't realize the SL I just bought wouldn't be an SL body. Rob woulda thought me the dumbest Hoople on the planet. :) Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks - I've used up my lazy credits. (Didn't want to go through that whopper P67 thread searching for the answer.)

My Reo Nirvana would be: P67, SL body with SL door, in red. And Kay - I called dibs on that first. So don't even think about it. :pervy:

I'm thinking you lose on this one as If I recall correctly that was Kay's first question or request to Rob in the original thread.

I have been away so long, I did a search but got a bunch of muck. Do you know where I might find the original thread?

And would someone mind telling me, other than the shape of the P67, what the difference is from a Grand? Thanks!

Well, you reacted perfectly to the situation.

Major different. The P67 is the same height as the Grand, minus the raised square part on the Grand. So, it's a bit shorter. It's the same thickness, front to back. Slightly wider, by about 4mm, but the P67 feels smaller in hand, because of the rounded corners. The switch mechanism is completely different. The P67 is a side button. The lock mechanism is internal. Instead of twisting the button, as on the Grand, there is an internal plastic piece that you slide to the right, which separates the top of the battery from the contact. Also, there is no drip well on the P67. It's flat around the 510 connector.

Great description @Rule62. The only thing I might add is that thy are both flat top and button top battery friendly and that for mine seems so hit harder than my Grand. At first I thought that it was because it was "new and shiny" but it still feels that way months later.
I was going to post the link for the Reo Forum in archives that may benefit some of our newer or returning members. (or to help Rick and Muzic out. Hahaha). I just realized that I didn't bookmark it myself....silly me. Anyone have that handy?

If you have any issues with the easy squeeze bottles......lemme know! At first mine leaked a little, then I came up with a fool proof way and they've never leaked a drop since! Some love em, some hate em.

Good Morning Reonauts. Sat up late w/ Mamaw, Daughter and DBF playing "Phase 10" (a card game). Now I am just waiting on the coffee pot. Should get my first tomato out of the garden this morning. Other than that, looks like a lazy Sunday. Or at least until Mamaw gets up and starts finding stuff for me to do.

Have a Safe and Blessed Sunday :nun:
I love phase 10 but haven't played it in a long time! Yummmmmmm home grown maters!! Hope ya have a relaxing day!

you're safe.......Kay doesn't like the sl's. Only solid bodies and doors.

Precedents is precedents. :glare:
hmmmmmmm let's elect Rob, or one of the Porkies as Precedent this year!!! Don't think I'd wanna do that to Rob, but I have no doubt the porkies would do a much better job than any of the other options we currently have!!!

Thank you!! Yes, you rocked it again Classwife. Also, thank you for all of your service over the years to ECF. I've thought it a lot, but thought I would share it.

That is very sweet and kind of you - thank you
