Just wanted to shout out solidarity and support for all REOnauts as we deal with this COVID bother.

For everyone sheltering in place, not being able to work and/or shuttering your business. For every first responder and medical care giver in harms way. We will get through this. Not just in an "we're okay" sense, but with the real opportunity to be stronger as a result. Better communities. Better respect for the rich lives we enjoy. Better people.

:toast:
Thank you for your always eloquent and thoughtful messages Papa! Just what we need.I have been remiss with checking in as we needed to shut down our business....for now. So grateful our staff is taken care of. Fast response from unemployment! Now we are sorting out our business. So grateful for the clarity and direction from our state govt.

I am sure vaping more now.....Anybody else?

Yes, WE will walk thru this. We Reonauts know how to help each other out for sure.

I found you guys. How’s everyone holding up?

In person schools called for the year here in Michigan! We being well protected by our awesome Governor Whitmer.

Power grab to the max here in our awesome blue state. 3 months I bet if she gets her way.

Life as we've known it will change from here on out.

Bring on the forced government phone apps and forced vaccinations so we can go back to some normalcy already.

The way this is all heading.

I'll stop their! ;)

Oh.. everyone have a good day of movies!

Edit: oh a great movie to watch tonight.. V for Vendetta. Watch that and you'll understand where this is all going.

Good to see you and glad you found us!

Tis a new normal for all of us and a bit disorienting as well.

Hopefully we can be smart and learn from science and other countries. The quicker we isolate, the quicker the bell curve starts to flatten.
IHME | COVID-19 Projections
I found this to be very helpful and easy to understand. A team of scientists from U of Washington put it together for their state a while back and have since responded to other states requests as well.

You can check out individual states by clicking on “United States of America” towards the top and scroll. Scientists are some of my heroes.

Take care all. We can walk thru this.

In this computerized projection, Kentucky does rather well. Now if I had faith in computer projections.

Yes, many states without dense populations will fare better. Might be possible for sharing ventilators with other states? Don’t know. Im not a scientist.
Have a sweet day Reonauts!

Great to see you drop by, Papa. Place just ain't the same without you.:)
Why thank you, sir. :toast:

I try to pop in to see what I've missed. Like most of the world in these times, tho, it's pretty slow. I'm still off the vape, as well, so the need for ecf as a resource is quite skint. It's just the contact with peeps that keeps me coming back.

I have gotten bad at reading and then not posting...everywhere :(
But I'm still here.

Got a FANTASTIC surprise in the mail the other day.
I got vape mail !
Seems some dear friends bought that forced patina mini that SteamStack had up in the Classifieds for me for my 10 years no cigarettes !
It's gorgeous !!!

One thing about “sheltering in place” is that I am enjoying Spring even more. Thanks for stopping by.

Love the pic, Robin . Feels like a lovely place to shelter in (and I think you'd fit right in here on our island).

I'd also have to agree that this mess has allowed me to really be present with the land around us. Morning walks through the forest are a wonder - daily changes as spring sets in a treat.

Yay! I was having a technical issue with one of my P-67’s and because of Reoville, @SteamStack and Rob I sorted it!

The striker plate had moved a bit and was firing when I wasn't intending it to. I did a bit of sleuthing in the technical thread of our old Forum and found some help from @SteamStack re an issue I was having with my button. He had also referred me to look at a U-Tube entry done by Rob re general maintenance which I found. Within 15 min., I (because of your help) was able to tighten up the nipple. It is once again as good as new.

Just wanted to remind you all how very much I value your wisdom and the years of helpfulness I have experienced here. Thank you. I do not take what we have for granted.

Be well friends.
