Trust me, we'll NEVER find the Holy Grail of mods! I think I've found seven of them only to find something better a month later!!!!

Hey, add a solar panel to the Ali'i, make the atty's so that by pressing on them, they retract into the wood mod, and a simple press pops them back up, a self feeding system that senses when the atty is dry.... and I think we're about done!
Perhaps the option to hold three different bottles, with different juices, all controlled by the turn of a dial... but let's not go nuts here....
Where do I provide my credit card info?
All this kind of makes me wonder what we'll be vaping on a year from now. Last year at this time I think I just got a BB and was dealing with CR2 batteries! It's interesting that, other than resistance, atomizers haven't really evolved much.
And that is the whole point that Doc is trying to make.
If there was no PV that looked like a cigarette, would you have started vaping?
Honestly, while I am 100% pro-mod, I probably would not have been as eager to switch from analogs for a PV that didn't look like a cigarette. I needed the facsimile. But it's only been a year since I first tried vaping, and it's only been two months that I've been able to go 100% analog-free. And I owe that to the mod.
The e-cig that looked like and a-cig was way to much hassle and way too unreliable to be a suitable replacement. I frequently found myself getting frustrated to the point of running out for a pack of smokes. I gave up on vaping altogether this past summer. It was my discovery of the juice fed box mods that got be back into it, and within a week of quitting, I had a Wetbox to tied me over until I could get an Ali'i.
The need to stick with the familiar is pretty powerful, but when all is said and done, convenience, for me, wins out over appearance every time.

This was exactly my thought process when I was choosing which PV to go with. New to vaping, new to the forums...and there is SO much stuff out there it's rediculous.
Got a friend that went with an a-la-carte 510 based kit using cartos and saw first hand that I didn't want to deal with stuff like extra batts, extra cartos, pcc's, ice cubes and doc's....etc etc etc.
Bottom line is - I'm lazy. And like the other poster above, convenience was paramount. I wanted something I could grab, go, vape, and not have to deal with anything else.
After doing a lot of research, I decided on the Reo Grand and was lucky enough to order on the first batch. Looks like a top notch product thats manufactured with the utmost attention to detail.
Where I may differ from many on here is that I'm not planning on vaping to help move away from analogs. I enjoy smoking and look forward to enjoying vaping as well.
