I took the leap and purchased a REO Grand one month after giving up cigarettes for vaping. My first purchase was a KR808D-1. I had bought some extra batteries and supplies for DIY juice. I was satisfied with the vapor from the 808. Battery life was ok, but a hassle when going out. Cartomizers were just a pain to refill and clean. I was determined to not go back to smoking. Looking into alternative PV's was my next step. I knew what I wanted: a battery that would last, a alternative to a carto or cart. I found MOD's with bigger batteries, but they used a atomizer or cartomizer. I was not interested in going to the VV MOD's. The bottom fed MOD seemed to be just what I needed.
I am very happy in my choice. I spent more than what I could have to get the type of MOD I wanted. My reasoning was I would buy something that had a good reputation/reviews and would be built to last.
I think those who are getting a little tired of fiddling with carts and cartos should not hesitate to step into the world of bottom fed MOD's. If you must, start off with one that is not expensive. You will see if the concept is for you and go from there.
