Oh holy nutz I didn't realize how long this thing would be

Definitely an At Home set up. This is with the short tube and an 18650 battery.
Haha, when I got mine I brought it everywhere. I knew it looked ridiculous, but the vape was so good.

Did you put a wrap around yours or is that a new/custom color scheme?

Edit: So I always thought fasttech's return/exchange policy was 45 days. it turns out their exchange policy is 6 months. I could've had this exchanged ages ago. Now I'm past 6 months, but I opened an RMA ticket anyway. Doesn't hurt to try!

It's a wrap from JWraps. It matches the R2D2 one on my Zmax :D

Just bought the Nautilaus to top my SVD and thinking of changing out the batteries to unstacked 18350 for out and about. Shortening the unit...anyone try that and how small does it get?

I'd try it, but with the wrap I can only go so far before it starts cutting into the wrap.

After an evening's use of the SVD, I'm thoroughly enjoying. My only issue is that the '-' button registers about 85-90% of the time and the other 10-15% requires a second or third go.

I had fun cranking it up to 15 watts and pulling my RDA... Very nice flavor and cloud production.

As long as the '-' button issue remains around the same, and nothing else deteriorates, this is going to be a great device.

I do not understand the firing button issues with the SVD. It appears the Cool Fire I has the same button with no problems. Although the Cool Fire came after the SVD so perhaps they corrected it or is it a board problem? I wish you better luck than me. On my third now.

I've always said my SVD reminds me of a Lightsaber.. one reason I kept looking at it.
Just found Jwraps and saws this :2cool:

Lightsaber

When I get home.. I'll be ordering one. (I hope they have been corrected though.. +/- on wrong sides)

I have to give Jwraps credit. The SVD is a complicated shape. They look cool!

Hey glad to see an SVD thread. New Vaper since 2 weeks here, had my SVD since Monday after starting out with an antique ego that just didn't cut it. I am using it with the iclear 30s but will be picking up a Nautilas to go on here with my next juice order. Great Forum you've got, this is my first day without any analogs :toast: Anybody got a suggestion for a good PV for carrying around in my shirt pocket. Regards, Nova ~

PS: My fire button shut off a couple of times unexpectedly and I gave the little ring around it a turn once clockwise (just with my finger nails ) Hasn't done it since. Give it a try if your having the same issue!

May I recommend the Innokin itaste vv v3. $29.99 from vaping town for the express kit (just the vv/vw battery and USB, no iclear 16s). It is a vv vw mod and is fantastic! Square so it doesn't roll of the table and is the right size for out and about.

Brook that is the one I've been eyeing. Can you tell me what the battery life is like and is the VV without VW or am I confusing it with another model that has VW as well... Thanks so much for the help :)

It's 800 mah. For me, that's good enough. I have 2 of them. You can operate either in vv or VW mode. Much like the SVD.

I'm not a hard core vaper and usually go at 7.5-9 watts and it lasts me thru the day at work (don't vape while I'm there). Should last for a good amount of time. If you bring the USB, you can keep it plugged in while vaping.

I'll gladly second that recommendation - love the vv/v3 for out and about and even stealth vaping - Mini Pro Tank 2 and EVODs function and look great on the V3.

Also always have my MVP 2 in the car - can recharge vv/v3 if no usb around plus a great vaper in its own right.

I can't speak to the mvp other than the great things I've heard and the bigger battery/longer battery life. I think 101 vape sells them for $39.99 if they're ever in stock.

Everything I've heard is the vape quality is the same between the two, but the battery life is 2.75 times more in the MVP. All a matter of preference. Mvp is a bit bigger and a box, vv v3 is square but less battery life. Easier for on the go imo.

I'm sure I'll eventually get the mvp, but a full mech mod is next on my list. Any suggestions are welcomed :D

There have been a lot of button problems reported with the SVD. I know I have had my share. Something strange hit me today. That is button pressure. I noticed there is a click when you begin applying pressure to the button and it fires. Other mods you hit a hard stop at some point. The SVD gives one a mushy or spongy feel going past the fire point. It got me thinking the harder pressure may be moving the board which could be leading to all these problems. I just checked my Cool Fire I and it does hit a hard stop. Any thoughts?
