Outside of Canada, try FreedomsmokeUSA.com. Huge selection, most of their stuff is 50/50 or 70/30, and they are good at getting past customs.

Inside Canada, Jugheads offers 50/50 I think.

Both vendors have good prices.

I would stick with someone in Canada if you want quick. Will be a lot quicker than the US.

i dont know good one in canada that have sampler (only MLV but theyre wait time now its 1-2 week)

Jugheads has 3ml sample bottles for 2$ each. I ordered on a thursday and got it on a Monday, he's really fast. I don't think anyone will refund you if it doesn't get past customs, I think your too antsy to order from the US, stick to Canada!
