hm mine said that too! But, I already had it. I just logged back in and noticed the ship date listed-----> was the day after I had rec'd it.

So, don't pay too much attention to that info during this holiday season.
Try resending your email to customer service-maybe it got lost in transit.

Whenever I have ordered from anyplace, I wouldn't even expect it for 4 or 5 days. I am (so far) always surprised. Sej from date of my order to out of my mailbox was 54 hours. Same for Cignot and TastyVapours too.

Although you have to remember, sometimes things just land perfectly through our postal service- sometimes they just missed the truck/plane. Has no bearing on our suppliers in many cases.

I must add ALL Suppliers in this Industry seem to do a AMAZING job at getting orders out. Unlike so many other retailers. They are spoiling us in a way.

Hope this helps increase your enthusiasm on your new purchase and lifestyle change.
 
Okay it showed up today. I think my enthusiasm was partly to blame for my nervousness. I haven't smoked in 2 weeks, I thank Blu cigs for being my introduction to ecigs, but their product is lousy, 4 drips to refill, and the flavor isn't really there, or maybe that's their juice, who knows I'm done with Blu after today. :) I might give their kit to my friend, or Dad. See if they can quit the analog addiction.

If they are overwhelmed it makes sense that the shipping will take longer, and the mail system is obviously going to be overwhelmed right now.

I bought 6 of the L2's for extra batteries and attys. I just tried the blue one.

My battery stuck almost immediately, but I could hear it sizzling and pressed the button again to shut it off. So there is definitely a defect in the switches.

Other than that, it appears to work great. I blew out the atty, but there was nothing in there. I filled the cart, put a drop on the atty, and immediately had great vapor and great flavor. It seemed a lot easier to work with out of the box than the original 510.

I like my flavors mellow, and this e-cig seems to produce 'immediate', very mellow vapor and flavor.

I don't like the defective battery though. It worries me a bit.

Also, my 501 carts fit the L2 looser. It's not loose enough to cause a problem though. I can still use them.

Yeah one of my batteries sticks from time to time, I just check it before I put it away.
 
I'm a little worried because I placed an order on the 11th and it hasn't shown up yet. Frankly, I've gotten shipments from China faster. Now the site is down for maintenance ... :(
Placed same day, just got it yesterday and I'm 2hr drive from LA, so assuming they shipped the same day, you might be waiting another day or 2 depending on just how far backed up the mail system is.

A thumbs down on no UPS or Fed Ex option, one or the other would be much faster than USPS during the holidays as they actually hire more help for the holiday rush.

My experience to the letter. I got my red kit today. After maybe 10 puffs, the button stuck and the sizzling started.

And yes, the cart fits a tiny bit looser.

I loaded mine up with their Bubble Gum. I will say this is the nastiest stuff I've ever put in my mouth. The after taste is beyond horrible. Even Tasty Vapor's Atomic Fireball can't get this horrible taste out of my mouth. Into the trash this will go. Really, really awful!

Don't blame the vendor, after all, the taste of these juices is highly subjective. Someone raved about the Watermelon. I got a 30ml bottle (24mg) and I find it to very bland. I now use it as filler and add 3 - 4 drops of Turkish Blend or Flu-Cured. Works great to extend my my tobacco flavored juices that are normal very strong.

I've started with Blu also .... it's been a week and at first they were doing the trick. But Flavors and vapor don't last very long. Doing some research here an d going with a Vapor King and ordered juice from strictly today ...

Well I received my RY4 and Flue Cured and they both taste great to me! I know that some have said that they have tasted stronger, but at this new in the game I have not tried any other...

I was almost forced to buy a 30ml bottle of either Marlboro, Camel or Tobacco from a local non ECF'r (TTBOMK) for $30 since I received an eMail stating that my shipment from the order I had placed on the 20th was shipped that day (24th) but went to check the mail and Lo And Behold there was my shipment!!!!!!!! Talk about having an 'attitude of gratitude' after that!!!!!:):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
 
I just got an email from Jane today they are going to start stock USB passthroughs next week for the L2. Also they have posted on their site that the L2s will be manufactured by JoyeTech the first shipment will be arriving next week as well. Considering they have only been open about a month I'd say they are doing pretty well.

The last batch of ejuice I got from SeJ was I dunno, different. It wasnt the same good regular dekang that I got the first time. It was like hand labeled and tasted weird. The bottles weren't full either, none of them. And they all kind of have this same taste. Like they were using the same tools to mix it all without washing them. I hope they go back to the premade dekang stuff. I know it sounds crazy, but I want something that I know what it is and not be surprised.
