W e l l -- Here's the first picture posted of Hybrid: I believe it was a prototype.

I know, it doesn't help much.

The # of wraps have varied from 3 to [I can't see well enough to see if its 5 or 6] until the Shi-fu was able to make the Shi-fu/ProSlantCoil. The bridgeless style with white cup and mesh around it has been consistent.....and purdier than that picture.

Woo hoo up to page 91!! Ordered up some Shifu 1.5's a bunch of extra bottles and some O-rings today. I'm pretty sure the 2.0 that came with my kit is a Shifu based on the pics I have seen. There is definitely more than 3-5 coils in there. The flavor has picked up quite a bit since I have been using it for the past 2 days steadily. Really looking forward to the 1.5 since I am used to vaping 1.0-1.1 on a mech with the same battery. Still trying to get the tilt method down. I can do it for a bit then get juice in the mouth. No biggie tilt light squeeze, Stand up suirsh a couple times and I'm off and running again. My other mods said they want a divorce if I am going to continue spending so much time with the new girl.

My 'other' mods have moved into the role of 'Trophys'...
The vMods are my 'Soul Mates'..tried and true !

I usually just tip my vMod sideways, like 90+ degrees for 15 seconds...
And I don't often even squeeze it.
Look for a bubble, or some small bubbles and I'm good to vape again.
For some reason, my black XL responds to this everytime...
My silver XL- sometimes does not, and I have to give it a little tap.
I think it is the juice...Black XL has light juice in it,
Silver XL has dark...DIY Carmnel Butter Rum.
But I have gotten over the flooding issues of my youth !

It's almost all I use and probably will be until my AFPV arrives. You can't beat the ability to just drip a new flavor real quick and still have 9mls on tap. You'll love the 1.5. I do feel my rba performs a tad better but, I'm partial. Also get more puffs between squeezes.

I did a quarter squeeze with the vmod just past horizontal to fill the chamber. Usually see bubbles depending on how full the bottle is. The less full the further past horizontal you need to tilt. Then upright it and give a solid squeeze. You should be able to feel the liquid resistance. If not then the chamber didn't fill...

I was really impresses with the Vmod XL the first few weeks I had it. Then I took it camping with me for four days over the holiday. Now I am absolutely blown away! It performed flawlessly. Changed batteries once a day and filled the juice every other day. No problems at all. Dusty, dropped, pocket, on the 4 wheeler, at the beach, by the fire it was just a champ. No fiddling or worries just always ready to go. I am rarely squeezing out squirshing it pretty much feeds itself I am not even paying attention to a tilt at this point.

This thing is awesome! The rest of my mods feel like novelty at this point. Would really be interested in an aluminum chasis version either vv or easily kickable.

My 1.5 Shifus came while I was gone but I haven't tried them yet.

I am a Vmodian for life!

And, speaking of Shi-fu's. I just found out all the stock of the Universal Vapage Hybrid Atty is now "pro slant coil" (Shi-fu) and the case is now all silver, no gold band on it. WTG Brian/Shi-fu. You can use it on the Vmod---or any 510 device. Fantastic.

(the universal is the version without the little BF holes in the case)

What volts are you running and how long are you getting on batt life? How much juice can you get through on 1 battery?

I'm currently running with the Kick all the way up. I go through 2 batteries a day, and about 3 milliliters of liquid.

Interesting... I'm running an AW IMR at 10W going through 3-4mls also and get a full days vape from it... Are you using the AW IMR's?

1.5!! 1.5!! 1.5!! Loving these Shifu 1.5's!!! They are just awesome great flavor and vapor right out of the box. I'm only on my first day so I am sure they still have some room to improve. Lots more tilting going on cuz it will dry out quick but they are just amazing! Can't wait until they go on sale I'm buying a truck load
