Well said!!!!!!
I do ride a Harley=my preference but also ride with others that ride Honda's , heck I learned on a Honda Rebel
I like my Reo's = my preference , but have others , just don't use them as much because of my preference. I loved my Vmod XL and mini Vmod , they just quit working :( but I still liked them . Now if I could use a RM2 on one, I might go purchase another but the Reo is working just fine!!

Ohhhhhh just go buy ya a XL the next 1/2 off sale! You KNOW you will! Hehehe!! The Vapage Hybrid atty comes in 2.0 ... AND 2.5 ohm (I think!) ... PERFECT for your vape style ... Not too hot! And all kinds of cute little shells to pick from! Even the faux WOODGRAIN ... It'll blend right in with those Woodvilles you got! BaaaHahaha!! :D ;-)

Haha!!! There's that big ol'Grill guy again! Makes me hungry every time I see it! YES ... I'll admit it ... I'm a hopeless (but HAPPY!!!) BOTTOMFEEDER ADDICT!! AND Ms. Darling ... A pathetic Mod-A-Month Club member!! Hehehe! AND ... I don't carry a "purse" ... I travel light! A little cash, credit card & driver's license in my back bluejean pocket ... AND ... A bottomfeeder! I just like having "choices" for each day!
I still like my tube mods but wish I had known about the vmod a lot sooner, would have saved me some time and coin if I had.
Grill guy huh? If I remember correctly, that was one day's worth of work to feed the 2 of us for a little more then a week. Did I mention I love to cook? And the Boss Lady loves it when I grill. Keeps the heat out of the kitchen I guess. That reminds me, I need to smoke something, been a while since I have.
Mod-Of-The-Month Club, sounds like something I need to check into. Boss Lady did say that just because I'm saving more then $400 a month by not smoking doesn't mean I can spend that much. Go figure.

I learned on a honda myself, used it to run 2 morning paper routes, had a blast with it. One of these days I hope to have my hands on another type of bottom feeder. Vaper Con is coming up in a couple of months, so we'll see what shows up there.

Actually if you read through the thread and the other vmod thread you would see there are several folks that have both and have Posted thier opinions. However this thread is about vmods so if someone wanted to talk mostly about reos then for sure, they would go to the proper thread ;)

i think it is always good to compare products however it does not have to be about a contest but perhaps that is the way you see it...maybe just maybe you secretly long for the vmod and that's ok, we won't tell....:toast:

I did have Vmods (8 of them) but couldn't get used to them plus my hands and wrists hurt a lot. The little Vmod was my favorite and i was going to paint it with my own sparkly paint but i sold them all due to my own frustration/limitations and wanting to get another REO.

I can't knit either or do fancy crotchet so i had to accept that also even though it is a little bit sad.

REOs are perfect for me.Lucky people that can use all kinds of mods and help both Vmodians and REOnauts. :)

YAY for all the bottom feeders :D

Amen! Just because we can't do it, understand it or just don't get it, doesn't make your "it" worse then mine, just different.

Ok I am thinking of trying one more time with the little Vmod if you all can help me.First i will choose a name before buying one this time.

My questions are:

Will a RM2 work with out modding on the small Vmod? If so what is the ring size needed to put under the RM2 to close the gap. I use have both the standard and milled rm2's. I don't want any other rba because this one is easy for me to put coils on.

Has anyone successfully filed or sandpapered the sharp bottom and top of the outside skin? Could it be done? And no i don't want a piece of fabric glued to the bottom plus that wouldn't help with the top part. I tried the bottom fix before and it was wobbly to stand up :(

That is the 2 most important questions for now.

I don't do the RBA thingie more! If I did ... It would be a RM2! ;-) But I'm sure there are others here that can help ya with that! Kat ... Doesn't Kemo have an RBA on his VMod? But I think his is an XL ... Be the same for a Baby VMod.

I don't know the answers, More. I don't use RBA's on my vmods and use the shi-fu/slant coil hybrid atty on mine.

I don't even know if anyone has tried on the vmod2 or have a clue if it could be made to fit.

I believe most RBA's are not used with 14500 mods, and especially so if people prefer lower ohms, lower than 1.5.

OMG You got another vmod! :toast:

Maybe I'll try and find some of the painting tips others posted some time ago to help you out.

Don't forget. JWraps makes skins for both the vmod2 and the XL, too.

More ... Here's a fairly recent thread ... I found it by Googling "RBA on a VMod ECF" ... There are other threads also! So it's been done! It's not an RM2 ... But it's a start! ;-)
