Congrats chadster....

Im thinking of a kick but dant wont to loos bat life and im not vary good at soldering so under the bottle is out

Thanks!

You don't need soldering to install the Kick. Just buy some copper lining and line the battery compartment. the only downside is you will be using 18490 batteries

I have battery questions, I'm still unsure of what the ones that come w/Vmod are? This is probably in the topic somewhere, so I apologize in advance for asking again.

"The Vapage 14500 battery ....we love the protected batteries, and we love the “High-Drain” batteries, so we worked with a top secret factory to come out with a protected 14500 that worked better! What we developed is a 14500 3.7v 880mah protected battery that has a longer power curve than regular 14500’s and gives good consistent power much like the high-drain batteries. It’s our version of the “best of two worlds” theme."

I realize from reading the decription they are sort of "hybridized", but are they more like AW IMRs or more like Protected Li-Ons?

I couldn't tell which they are more like, but I can tell you that they work... WELL!! They have the initial feel of a fresh batt, then a slight voltage drop, then it's steady for a good while, then a voltage drop, then it's time for the charger. I myself like where they are at for a good while since I am not a fan of a "fresh" batt, it's just to warm for my taste. I can tell you also that they have a longer run time than the AW IMR, but cant comment on the Li-on(never tried them).

Thanks, tat. Thank goodness, I'm not the *only-est* one who really doesn't need a super-warm vape. It actually reminds me too much of "smoking". Ditto, tobacco juices, just decided not to go there.

I also don't really need a powerful vape, so I will not be getting a provari or anything. I just like a nice, comfortable, mellow vape. I have rarely even turned my eGo Twist up past 4.0. I vape delicate flavors, so 4.0 and under is perfect for me.

the V-Mod weekender case.

Those are real nice. :toast:

So has anyone used an RBA on this like a chalice?
I haven't encountered a RBA that would fit with the cone(and without the cone, how do you hold the shell?) other than the Vivi Nova Head. Do you know if there is one slender enough to fit? I'd like to try it if there is:)

I thought I read some where about the phoenix fitting but don't remember where
