The atty is one of the things Brian is working on in China.

It's the Hybrid with a new "shifu spec" coil. (shifu=master).

Maybe some master coilers will be making it! Then we can all get Shifu'd using it! (had to check Urban Dictionary for shifu)

Whatever.....:p

It sure looks interesting to me and should bump up the hybrid a couple of notches. Better performance is always nice!

He's the Vapage Ninja.. he lurks around and will strike you blind when you're having a problem. LOL!

I don't know about the availability of shorter bottles, but I'm sure you can cut a bottle shorter. It likely wouldn't look pretty but it's certainly possible.

thanks,
I considered that but I am not completely convinced that I could remove a section and glue the rest back.
All the glues I know of that would hold well are not too safe to use with something I will vape.
And tape might allow liquid to seep out making a mess.
But perhaps I am wrong.. Do you know if anybody ever mentioned having done this? I tried and search the forum but couldn't find anything.

You could look into Ambroid, Amazon.com: Ambroid Pro Weld: Home Improvement it is a plastic solvent that in effect, welds plastic together. My understanding is that it's used with plastic piping, including water pipes in homes, so it's likely safe to use (but please, DOUBLE CHECK before vaping!).

Something like these might be worth investigating:

The much talked about 357 has been in my grips for a week so thought I would just give a quick update.

Yes....it rocks. It is a truly amazing piece of work in a little package.

As mentioned the turning point was remembering a post on the old thread about gravity feeding it and chain vaping. Boy does it produce flavour and vapor. I am being effusive but here is the thing going through my head and I just can't help it.

It is truly great but is it justifiably $8 or so greater than the Aero ? Time will tell. I have a couple of Aero's coming into month 3. I am going to exclusively use the 357 for at least a month on the XL. I never have a single PV with me so the load will be shared with another device but the atty will be with me.

Time for an update of another type.

My XL went on holidays to Cali. Vapage kindly replaced it however I missed the shipping notice so 2 weeks after they sent it I asked what was going on. They sent me the tracking number and USPS advised they had delivered it. Suffice to say I opened a case with USPS immediately and they are searching for my XL !

Vapage were immaculate in dealing with me but I wish I would have known the package was coming so I could have got on USPS earlier.

As said all good and much appreciation to the kind folks of Vapage for getting that out to me as soon as they did. The post is not their responsibility.

here's something new to look forward to. The new Crystal 510 with UV Polarized coating to protect the e-liquid from sun-rays! this is the first 510 threading on this type of tanks! Only with Vapage!

Awesome. Everyone seems to love these little 'tanks' and the addition of having 510 threading and "sunscreen" is just what the SHIFU ordered!

Here's hoping your XL gets back to you soon, AT! :toast:

Quick little update: Some of you may remember that I was concerned about my friend who works with me starting off on a Vmod XL instead of starting with a more analog-like device like I did. Well, he hasn't had an analog in more than a month. Also, his dad got one too, and hasn't had an analog in 2 weeks. He turns 65 next month, and has smoked since he was 14 and a half. Said the last smoke he had, he was still carrying them, and got stuck in traffic. Lit one, took 2 puffs, and tossed it out the window because it tasted disgusting. Loves his Boba's lol

Guess I shouldn't have been concerned.

My understanding is that you only need remove a small section for the top of the bottle to enable the Kick to fit underneath it.

Uncertain why you would need to glue anything as there is still more than enough contact between the bottle and the seal to ensure that there is no seepage.

Thanks.
I think that is required to fit a kick with the positive post removed but it's not enough with the post in place, and I didn't want to remove it.

FWIW, I'm past 16 weeks on my HH357. It went into service in February. Four months, it's almost boring. Hiss, aaaah. It's earned its keep at $25, with that kind of longevity, vapor and flavor, the price isn't even an issue. Methinks it's a winner. With that kind of flavor, the hardest part is putting it aside before I OD . This is the tilt feed vape angle that works best for me

I know yeah?
I don't even bother with anything else myself anymore. I think I've hit a plateau after 2 years of trying everything: HH357's, Aero (and some AVA's on my VMax beastie)
