I did it!
vmod xl + a7 rebuildable works fine (at least for now).

I do not like to take pictures, so I'll describe how I did it:

A7 adapter screwed to 510-510 with center air hole, side air holes I made myself but not above thread, but on the bottom of the adapter cup (exactly where vmod gives the juice)
Between the adapter and a7 is 5x1 O-ring, and on conector few another
from the top:
9x1, 5
9x1
9x1
8x1

A lot of these O-rings a little;), but thanks to this no leaks and the air flow is perfect ;)

P.S. This is not the end, I ordered the dna12 from evolve and as soon as comes i squeeze them to my vmod ;)

What? I was aboot (did that on purpose :) ) to say "No Pictures!? then it can't be true", but you did post pic's. Thanks smilee, that is very cool.

Is it still making contact to the ground? Maybe a dumb question but mine slipped off the ground and stopped working .But i just have thin piece of metal going up the side .Or if your using metal tape could of wore a hole through ?

yes its still making contact to my copper tape. I can't figure out what happened to it.

My only suggestion is try it in another device that is "Kick Friendly" if you have one. Also, see if there is Any buildup(even Minute) on the copper tape, could be losing it ground, happened to me a couple times:facepalm:

I have just contacted the new Wraps company on ECF --- they do gorgeous wraps and since i still have xtra cases for both my 2.0 and the XL, I'm sending them in for a template. Once they have the template they should be able to make holographic and other designs, including custom onces, for the Vmod stuff.

What do you all think? Since Vapage really doens't have that many shell designs I think this will be cool. :) I'm packaging them up now to send in and see if they can cut a template for it. I'm sure there are a lot of vmodians out there so it will generate some orders.

I was looking at them but 13 bucks is a little steep for me

Well, I finally have had the time now to drop a note on a few of the goodies I have purchased for my XL. First off I have kicked my XL and been saying to myself now for almost a week, WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO DO IT??? What a difference in the overall vape. Consistency is the only word that comes to mind. I seem to get about a day overall on the AW IMR 18490's too. I thought I was one of the heavier vapers at 4-5 mils per day, but now think that is just average. There is no drop off until the battery is almost ready for replacement. It was worth the money so far and was a lot cheaper than buying a VV bottom feeder to try out just to see if VV/VW was the next step for me. Now that I know it is, how can we convince Vapage to make a new VV/VW unit??

I also have had a chance to really try out the new Hybrid spec atty's from Vapage as well. I was not crazy about them at all in the beginning as they weren't, (IMO), as consistent as the Cisco spec 306's, but are better with the kick installed. I would say they are much better than the HH357 that I have and I, (IMO), don't care for the 357 at all. I just expected for the price tag of the 357, the vape would just be on a completely different level all together. To me the Cisco spec 306's are a much better atty in all area's. I have found the new Hybrid to be spitty, (like the 357), and sometimes easily overfed. It feeds a lot different than the 306's do. I am just finding the middle ground between over or under fed. The dry hit on the Hybrid is a lot harsher than on the 357!! When I first tried them before getting the kick, it only lasted about 4 hours on my XL before I went back to the 306. I have been vaping it for a couple days now and it has been tolerable so far. Not sure it is completely broken in as yet. It is getting better though. I am not sure they will ever completely replace my 306's but it is nice to have something that I know I will enjoy vaping along with them if I am ever without a 306... Anyway, enough rambling for now. Just wanted to share my new toys with everyone... Happy vaping.....
