A minor detail about the collars: the collars are PHYSICALLY interchangeable, a.k.a. the 2.0 and XL use the same collar. BUT if you are using the burled wood color, they will likely NOT match cosmetically, as is intended. I assume the regular colors, like black and silver, are uniform.

Yes...the cones are geared to the color. Black shell..black cone, silver shell...silver cone, etc. The piece I was concerned about, the inner adapter/vent/"collar" that screws into the Vmod chamber and that the carto screws into. It's covered by the cone. That's the part I was wondering if it was interchangeable. I'm hoping I can work things out with Vapage, however....but I need to find someone who'll let me use their cellphone! lol! (I don't have long distance on my land line at all..except for toll free numbers).

AKA, the chimney! :D

fourth, you're welcome to use my phone but I suspect the airfare would rival the cost of a long distance phone call... ;)

Old hand, old toe, old eyes.... thought you wrote "old hat"...

fourth, dunno! Vapage seems to have coupons and discounts quite often, but I'm not sure there's any regularity or pattern around that.

Andy of T, you BETTER run! (but ya can't hide from THIS old hand...)

I'm still in "Limbo Land" with Vapage. No word on my warranty repair chassis and no Digi Camo shell (I changed it from Cracks, which wasn't in stock after all) . Still...where there is life there is hope! Stay tuned! I am hoping help is on the way. SOON!

But I do love Vmod. I'm just venting. You may now return to your regular programming.

Thought so too Andy....
But someone's asleep at Vapage now.

Forthrok probably has been responsible for fifty sales or more of vMods for them...
Hell- I bought three !
And when she posted of a few of the problems she was having...you would think that someone would have gotten a new, or loaner vMod XL out to her- post haste !
In this Internet-social media age, good companies are on top of these things....
And those who don't, become the dinosaur's...
We know how that went for them.

Now, that being said...
I received my third vMod today-three days cross country after ordering.
This one is a vMod 2.0 mini...it is a quite a little marvel of Vaping goodness.
So small and pocketable...
I could see this possably replacing my eRolls for stealth Vaping at work.
I have not given the 14500 batteries a good workout yet...so can't comment yet on longevity.
But, freshly charged, they are quite powerful with a 2 ohm hybrid atomizer.

So, we will see if Vapage redeems themselfs to Forthrok ...or falls on their face !

Alas. Still no love from Vapage. Still no word on either of my issues (warranty chassis repair and the graphics shell that was never delivered but it was paid for) i have made repeated attempts to use their "chat/email" system to no avail. And every time I try to call the CS department I'm informed there is no one there to take my call, and to leave a message. I did that a few times, but didn't get any response, so I stopped trying to leave messages that eat up my minutes. What's the use?

I do love the Vmod...but frankly, in my book, customer service makes or breaks my relationship with a company. I'm perilously close to losing all patience with Vapage. Sorry. But this has gotten pretty intolerable for me.

4th ... Have you tried calling Vapage? Due to some fraudulent charges recently on my credit card that I use for online e-cig related ordering (HUGE UGH!!!) ... I placed an order with Vapage on Monday ... But I called them rather than place my order online. I tried them several times ... But I DID finally get thru and talk to someone by pressing the "Customer Service" number (2 I think). I'm sure if you call and talk to one of the gals in Vapage Customer Service they'll get you taken care of! :)
