All the bottles that type are like that...hold about 7ml. Halo is the only comp I know that calls it that. Most vendors just fill them and call it 5ml, but really they hold 7.

Not a complaint just an observation, the empty ldpe bottles from wizard labs appear to hold about 2 ml more than the stated amount, which can be great for mixing but looks kind of silly when you mix up a 3ml bottle and have 2 ml of empty space. No big deal just more information for everyone. BTW my order came fast and correct, wonderful service as always, plus they sent me a sample of peanut butter flavor mmmm.

want2vape has "3mL" bottles which I thought were 3 mL until I cleaned a few out for DIY use. They are actually only 2.5mL.
I think they bought them to save money by ripping people off.

Well that sucks! Glad most of the rest seem to be generous rather than the opposite

And, I've been waiting for my paycheck to clear in a few hours to buy more nic. I've been getting low. Now, like you said, they're not taking orders. And, I've been hearing such good things about their nic!

I just can't afford to wait. I'll be ordering from SOMEONE in a few hours, either way. Then when I get paid again in a couple of weeks, I'll start keeping an eye out for Wizard Labs so I can stock up.

IOW it depends on how low you are on nic. You might try contacting them to ask how long they think it'll be before they start taking orders and before they're re-stocked. If you do, please share!

Argh... I've been waiting patiently for Wizard Labs to restock some of their stuff but looks like now they're even more out of stock and not taking orders!! Hm.. think they will be restocked and open soon or should I try a different vendor?

Wizard Labs does good service.. Probably have been hit hard this week. I plan another order from them ASAP.. Loved the Watermelon sample flavor they sent along whit my 500ml nic and 2 different types of chocolate flavors order!!

I've been hearing good things about Wizard Labs for some time. Then when I check on nic comparisons, not only do they come out well but, also, have some new fantastic Ice???? I tried going back and finding out more about it, but gave up after a while.

Was their Ice just samples? Or is it something I can order (once they're accepting orders, of course)?

You can get just a sample, or if you want to order some Ice, just order the regular nic, then in the comments box, state that you want the Ice.

OMG! :shock: :w00t: John = Awesome! Wizard Labs is the best example of superb, above and beyond service!

Last week before the labs closed down I made some comments on the forums here about small items often being out of stock every time I order. In that discussion another user and I were mentioning a few of the same items being out of stock often, and running into similar issues when we order, where those OOS items would be in stock shortly after we placed our order, sometimes hours later but usually next day in most cases.

Anyway, that night John messaged me to chat about this, he was checking the forums before leaving the labs that night @ 2:30AM. I couldn't believe he'd take the time out of his work day, especially that late at night which you know means he had a VERY LONG day, and this was not the first time he's contacted me that late after the end of his work day either.

My mind was blown, that's the best customer service I have ever seen and this wasn't the first time he'd reached out to me in the middle of the night! Normally you'd have to wait at least a day, sometimes two, before a vendor might reply to your email query. These last few times John contacted me it was directly on his own behalf, reaching out to me after seeing some of our discussions here on the forums. This time around my order had already shipped a few days before he contacted me, so I didn't expect he'd be able to help out this time around, and I was perfectly fine with that, it was just some small items I was wanting that time around anyway so no huge deal (just a few Syringes).

I can't believe he has the time to check the forums each night, and send out PM's too, especially when he's already working so late, and we all know he's swamped with massive amount of orders too!

Anyway, much to my surprise, today I check the mail for Vapemail and I find a surprise package from Wizard Labs!! :banana::thumbs::banana:

He sent me the syringes I wasn't able to order, a full flavor sample, a small flavor sample, and a few pipettes!

Those may be small items, but I appreciate them VERY much, it's so amazing that they'd go out of their way like that for their customers!

The level of service John and Wizard Labs provide is simply the best, bar none!! To anyone reading this later on, if you are ever on the fence about ordering here, don't hesitate one second, get your order in as soon as you can, that way it's arrives in your mail box quicker! :)

You rock John, thanks so much for caring about your customers as much as you do!! We can only dream that all other vendors would follow in your footsteps, but we all know that will always be only a dream! :D :lol:

I have to second your comments about the great service from WL. I got an order in late last week that had been sitting in my cart for a while. As a result of how long it was there, the carrier for the nicotine was lost, somehow. I got a call on Saturday, at noon or so, from WL to get that information so my order can be completed. Late nights, working Saturdays...I sure hope John and his whole crew don't get burned out.
