They really do package their nic beautifully. I ordered 500 ml and some flavors. I have quite a bit in the freezer but I broke into one of my 250 ml bottles so I decided to replace it with 500 ml since I needed some flavors anyway. I like to stay ahead of the curve.

Not much chit chat here since early April. I placed an order on April 23, 2013 and here it is the end of the month and the site is closed again. I can't even check on my status. The new store location has not seemed to help and it appears that this is another example of toooooo much growth tooooo fast. WL probably needs capital and a good management team if he plans to stay in business. As for me, I think I am going direct to TFA and others for my product.

yeah its been a real crap-shoot. I was able to get one order in a month ago, but I had to settle for 60mg. Its def annoying.

What I can tell you, is they've been inundated with orders, partly or mostly because of the FDA scare. Having some business experience, I can also state that if one has 2 weeks of orders placed in one day, it saturates the system. There are only 24 hours in a day, and employee's, and owners DO need sleep occasionally. As far as hiring extra help to over come the problem, well, go into business for yourself and you will see that they have done everything they can to get caught back up, and they have.

Their site is temporarily closed for maintenance Web site don't run themselves, and occasionally have to be updated. Try running a web site, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I have recently ordered from them, and had my shipment out the next day, no problems. The order arrived at my doorstep 2 days later. If you don't like them then order from someone else!

I managed to get an order in for 100ml nicotine, some bottles, VG and PG about a month ago. I'm stocked now with a liter of 100mg and two liters each of PG and VG. Since I'm cutting my nicotine down to 8mg when I mix base the next time, like later this week, I figure I'm safe with nicotine for a few years and will only need to buy PG, VG and flavors for the foreseeable future. That, in turn, may actually let my "money saved" catch up to what I've actually spent on vaping!

Yeah, I'm pretty well set, too. I didn't overdo buying PG and VG and flavors but I have enough nic for 2 years at 24 mg dilution

I thought I liked custom blends, but as I learn DIY more, I now go for the 100% PG, as it's a whole lot easier to work with, blending 75% PG/25% VG. Of course, everyone has different tastes! I want ICE to come back. I wrote, and they said they have a test batch, and MAY offer it very soon.

I sure hope they bring back custom blends someday...............

Custom blends appear to be back...mostly. I just looked at the 100mg and it had a number of (but not all) options for PG/VG ratio. It might just be an error? The 60mg has all the options.

Go back and look again. They are finally getting caught back up. It's not their fault everyone is frightened of what the FDA is going to do to us. Panic rules the day, and it seems we HAVE TO STOCK UP! They were inundated with orders, moved to a new location. Their prices, and quality level is the best I've found, and customer service is hard to trump. That's my 2¢. I'm waiting on ICE to come back. I'm told by email, it may be soon!

Sweet - I wouldn't mind having another 120ml of Ice around. I might just reach a three year+ supply at this rate (which would "only" be ~.5L).

You don't have to convince ME where to shop. WL is #1 in my book, regardless of any bumps along the way. I'm of the strong perception they are good people with a great product using the best procedures. This plays perfectly into my thinking there needs to be a high degree of trust in my juice/nic supplier.

Well stated, and mirrors my thinking also. I think he could charge much more for his product, given that in these regards, he really doesn't have Any reason to be competitive. He stands alone, IMHO.

If I could get a little hardware at WL, it would be a onestop shop for me for all my needs.

I was, and I still am, a bit worried so I stocked up. WL is a place I put my trust in when it comes to buying nic. They are truly careful and it shows in their packaging.

Hey John, hope this finds you in good spirits, and not while you are dead tired at 4AM!

I hope sales haven't been bogging you guys down too terribly bad lately! I did read that you've all been busy busy lately, and we all thank you very much for everything all that you do! Hope you can get ahead on things soon so you guys aren't always stressed out and overworked!!

Just curious since the move is now complete, and you've have some time to settle in a little bit, wondered if you could give us any update on what's been going on behind the scenes with ICE? Is it ever coming back, if so, via order notes or publicly? Any guesstimate on when it might happen? I know you're busy, so no rush to reply at all, just hope you find this sometime when you're not beat and you've got a few minutes to spare.

We LOVE ICE, hope it comes back soon!

I just got to making a batch with my WL nic... it's a strong tobacco taste. I can barely taste capellas blueberry @ 20% over the tobacco. This is the batch that was amber colored (they sent me a free replacement). I hope my other 1000ml isn't like this.
