Considering how busy they have been the last few months, I would just order what you can get your hands on.
After reading the hassle RTS Vapes was getting from the feds, I decided I should get some more nic.
Friday Wizard Labs sent me a back in stock notice so I ordered then.
You can get PG and VG anytime you want it through Amazon from Essential Depot.

I drop in nearly every day to check flavor stocks. Shipping isn't too bad for smaller batches of flavors, something like $3.00 for a dozen flavors (11.75 flavors in my case ). When there's enough stuff that I want or they have a flavor that I really need, I'll place an order.

While I'm there, I check nic, PG, & VG stocks; they're in and out constantly, which probably means their re-bottling of the PG/VG is running behind, not that they're actually out of those items.

Check early, check often :)

At the risk of sounding like a dimwit, what is "ice"? Some kind of mentholated nicotine base or something?
Ice is a purer grade of nic. I ordered a liter around Thanksgiving of last year. I leave it in my cabinet, and still has remained crystal clear. The taste is clean, and is the best with flavorings so far.

Or maybe we could start asking other vendors. I've heard that the Ice is available through a middleman in the U.S.
*perk* Hmmmm...I've been waiting a long time just to try it. Another member offered to send me some of his unicorn, but I didn't feel right taking it when I couldn't replace it.

Im about to start looking elsewhere for a comparable "Ice" nic. In the meantime Ill order the regular stuff from Wizard although Im not happy about doing so. If anyone has a lead or two on where to look for Ice elsewhere please pm me.

Love Wizard Labs and will return to but there again but frankly with the results I had with Ice I'm just not at all happy about using something else. What I dont understand it why in the world it hasnt been brought into full stock at WL based on its success and the demand for it.

That seems like poor business decision making to me. Sorry John, I know maybe a supplier was limited or large quantities werent available but then it should have been just a "limited run" with no future plans to stock it.

In the under promise, over deliver department.... WL failed on this one. I know that sounds harsh but its more meant to point out that it shouldnt take over a year to bring up a promised product line... even with growing pains.

Ive asked also for an eta on ice as of yesterday, even promising not to reveal it... the reply I got (even as one of the first people to actually test this mix) was "no eta on ice" anytime soon.

There comes a point where customers will begin to go elsewhere if a business cant regularly supply what the customer wants and with all the delays, backorders, and growing pains for just regular product lines its becoming a little odd/much bordering on completely dysfunctional.

Staffing and supply issues, ok. However it should not take this long. Frankly if WL had to raise prices by 10% to hire more qualified staff/pay them more to retain them just so these issues would abate themselves Id be fine with it. Long as they got their ship in shape for good and moved forward with products like Ice as well.

I do think your criticism IS a bit harsh! ICE was NEVER offered for sale on the website. It's existence and availability has always been a word-of-mouth, underground kind of thing. I don't feel that John should be taken to task for not being able to keep up with the demand. He never promised a consistent supply, at least that I'm aware of. Any promises were certainly not made publicly.
........ Just after the Nicotine frenzy earlier this year, I hit a small window where I could order a quantity of nicotine. I waited 5 weeks in order to fill this order with ICE. It was well worth the wait. I use only ICE in making my juice, and I love the way it allows the flavorings to shine.

Just curious to see how long it's been taking WL to shop items out. I placed an order (nothing had red stars next to it.. so nothing should have been out of stock) 2 days ago - no biggie, I know it took a while for my last order, I'm just curious..
I'm more eager to get the bottles than anything else, I've got none left and have a delicious juice I'd like to make in a bigger batch!

The FDA has a lot of people scared. That's one reason WL got swamped.

So when people start to panic, it ends up hurting one of the vendors who has had one of the best reputations for years. Not fair.

Businesses operate on an inventory, and are also dependent on THEIR suppliers from whom they order.

So they order what they will need, based on normal and customary customer ordering patterns.

Then, suddenly, in a week or 2's time, their orders suddenly double or triple or quadruple.....a business needs time to re-structure their inventory base as well as their own orders from their own suppliers who THEY in turn depend on.

Moral to story: Panic and Hysteria creates Chaos.

If you want to be part of that, then you have to take responsibility for your part in that. You then realize it's like going to the store for bottled water right before a hurricane is predicted to hit your town. Expect it to be tough.

I, too, have not been above doing this, as I have done it with a certain juice vendor from whom I had been unable to order. Then, I decided I didn't like the stress it made me feel, so I got hold of myself, stepped off the vulture merrygoround, and now will do my best not to be part of behaviors which create it. As a result, I"m not stressed and I also haven't stressed anyone else. :)

You also have to apply this to the "bigger picture" of life.....I live in a town that was partly wiped out by a tornado, and I can tell you, it is really ugly to see people climbing over each other for stuff. Best to try to be orderly and thoughtful and believe me, it all works out in the end.

I ordered 500ml of 100mg, amber bottles & TFA flavors on July 1
Shipment acceptance in Winter Park Fla on July 5
Delivered Priority in my MB in Mass on July 8

7 days from clicking order to opening box is reasonable to me :)
