This place is really having a meltdown. Used to be one of the best nic base vendors. If you cant keep up with orders HIRE MORE PEOPLE! It doesn't make sense. YOU ARE LOSING MONEY AND CUSTOMERS EVERYDAY.

Ordered yesterday at around noon. 250ml of 100mg nic , bunch of flavors and mixing hardware . Received my tracking number first thing this morning. Thats fast, first time ordering from WL .
Their shipping price changed. It used to cost me around $3. Went to place an order a coupla
days ago and it was going to be over $8 - and it was only a few things. Priority shipping was
the only option except for express - which is more. I passed for now.

Bivie, you must have got more (More items, larger dimensions, or more weight) this time than your last orders.
Shipping is still the same for me, depending on what I have in the cart. First class is available up until you have a certain number of items in your cart, or a certain weight, or some larger items.

I had one 250ml of vg and four vials of flavoring. I've ordered nic juice, pg and vg along with several
flavorings and shipping was $3.31 for first class shipping.
The problem is that I was only offered priority or express shipping this time.
It's the 250ml VG, that's heavy and why they offer priority only.
Did you get 250ml before, did you check your order to be sure sure? If so, maybe they did change it so that 250ml gets priority only after a possible weight issue with the post office as it's right under the limit?
You can still get first class though, you just need items that weigh less, for example you can get 120ml and 10 flavors and a bunch of syringes, ect and still get first class. There is a weight limit to first class though, that's why anything over a set weight amount will require priority anyway.

And 250ml of VG weighs about 12.8 ounces itself, so that and materials they use to package, would be the reason you're seeing this even for just a single 250ml bottle to ship

Looks like that's the case. The last 250ml I got was with free shipping for over $75. The one before that was
shipped priority for over $8.
I just received a shipment from WL. It was packed in cardboard box with foam peanuts. Each nic bottle was individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then inside three heat sealed heavy plastic bags.

In my second WL order, I had one flavor vial that got cracked. It was packed pretty well; sealed in a zip-closure plastic bag, inside of sealed bubble pack, inside of the padded envelope. When I opened everything I assumed that the cap was loose, and it had just leaked a few drops. Wrong! The entire bottom separated from the rest of the vial, leaking the concentrate everywhere. Too bad for me it was the M-Type; man does that stuff reek! 
Since it was in a baggie I was able to recover about 6ml and chose not to contact their CS department. I have no doubt they'd have mailed out another, but I wasn't worried about it.
I am a bit curious as to how it happened. The envelope was not damaged, none of the bubbles were popped, and there were no other issues. Maybe a pressure change?

It might be the vials themselves. I mailed several flavorings that I didn't like to another ECF member, and they were carefully packed. One of the vials (of about 12) broke in transit. I had several layers of bubble wrap on each side of the vial, and the box was not crushed or damaged. I didn't understand how or why it broke, but now that you've posted the most obvious answer to me seems to be that the vial itself was weak.
FWIW, there was no sign of breakage 'till I removed the vial from the bag. When I pulled on it, the top / cylindrical portion came out, the flat bottom didn't.
OK, this ain't good. I've been waiting months for them to get caught up so I can order my custom 12mg-70/30. Not happened. Today I decide to breakdown and do the custom mix myself, and they have No vg or Pg.
And usually don't have the 2 flavors in stock at the same time that I want to try.
Wish they had their own suppliers thread here........I give up on them.

I was surprised by that PG/VG OOS today too, and I'm waiting to order myself! But I expected to wait a little bit due to wanting 100mg/ml and I know it's been a bit behind lately, but they did have a banner up for the holidays and said they'd be taking several days off and the site would be stocked xx amount of things per day, so it's going to take them a few to recover again I'm sure.
Hold off if you can and like their products and service, it's all well worth a little wait I think!. We're always waiting for something vape related anyway
Of course, your custom mix might not be available anytime soon, not sure when that's coming back, but I'm sure they'll restock the shelves again here shortly. That will probably happen today, he said he was limiting stock per day available on the site, so stuff probably isn't really OOS, it's just not listed as available onsite yet until he adds it back in.
I'm hoping to hear an ICE update sometime soon, anything new on that yet John?

Thanks for the info, A-O. Guess I can check back next week. I've been thru several supplier's and the WL Regular is an awesome vape for me (unflavored).
