Due to network issues at the EIG Provo datacenter, which resulted in a 14-hr outage on 8/2/13 for tens of thousands of websites, and continuing network instability, we are moving our servers to a new datacenter.
We are currently backing-up our entire database and migrating all files to new state-of-the-art SSD servers located at a World-class datacenter.
While any major move of a large database-driven ecommerce site can be daunting, we are excited and looking forward to the increased performance, speed, and stability this change promises.
Once our site is fully migrated, we will begin redirecting traffic to the new servers. During the first 24-72 hours after the move, some customers may still see the old site and this maintenance page while the new IP addresses are being resolved. If you continue to see this maintenance page after 72 hours, you may need to clear your browser's cache, and reopen a new browser window.
