Placing another order with them today!

if you hadn't seen my post from a couple of weeks ago, i went to their facility and talked to them. You could not have asked for a more helpful, considerate, and professional group! I had called and told them I was getting into DIY and would appreciate some assistance in making my first purchase. When I arrived they had one of their Chemist waiting for me. He also makes his own juice and was a wealth of information. John, the owner, came out and introduced himself to my wife and I. As I went through the list of stuff I thought I might need, he and Colin, the Chemist, would say "yes, definitely," or "no, you don't really need that, you can use this...." As John said, he is not much of a salesmen (talking me out of purchases), but wants happy satisfied customers. They will be getting my business from now on....

I was totally impressed when I saw several of employees vaping. John had purchased starter kits for all of his employees that smoked and encouraged them to vape. It was encouraging to see that the people putting the stuff together also vaped and had an understanding of what was involved.

I got my first nicotine solution from WL this week. I am uber impressed with how they wrap the nicotine (double sealed bags) and they put the 120ml 100mg solution in an amber glass bottle, so I had no need to open it before placing it in the freezer. They provided a pair of nitrile gloves and a safety handling sheet for the nicotine.

I've said this before, I think many of the vendors in this industry are far better at customer service and general customer care than most any businesses out there. I think it's easy to disregard this fact and just come to expect it. We get free samples, true customer service that goes the extra mile, coupons that are good the majority of the time with flash and holiday sales to boot, and businesses that are responsive to customer concerns and issues. This isn't true always across the board, but I think in general it is, and we as a consumer base should feel positive about this.

I think what a business like WL can show us is that you can get good prices paired with excellent quality and customer service, without having to pay a premium for it. +1 to WL for what they do!

Are you sure it's a glass bottle? I've ordered Nic from WL more than once (100mg/ml 500 ml size) and it comes in an Amber plastic bottle. I'm under the impression they ship all their Nic in plastic for safety (less likely to break).

Cheers,
Steve

Same here. Always an amber plastic bottle.

I keep seeing this thread and thinking:

I should write about how they (twice) have provided me assistance over the phone - but I was too busy...

I should write about how I was able to add to a recently placed order and wound up with free shipping - but I got distracted...

I should write and thank them for the little free samples they always put in every order - but it was lunch time...

I should write about their quick shipping times and their super professional packaging techniques - but the phone rang...

I should write about the top quality of every product I have received from them - but since I never bothered about the other things, why now...

I should write about the time, recently, when several of us on this forum were involved in an experiment requiring a rather large amount of a certain chemical and I called John about some assistance and he donated that chemical and offered anything else we may need...

You know, I need to take some time and write these guys and thank them for all these things they do for me and for all the others of us on this forum that order from them.

Oh, wait a minute, I just did!

Thanks Wizard Labs, Thanks for everything!!!

First I would like to say WL has amazing customer service, low prices and I have been very happy with all products ordered.
Today I had a diy question and called WL.
My impressions:
John is a super nice who truly cares, his statement to me "we are here to support you". He spoke very highly of ECF, is very knowledgable about all matters important to vapers. John explained his background in went into great detail to answer my questions and help me.

In my opinion WL does a fantastic job and I'm a big fan!

LOL, just placed my umpteenth order with WL 2 weeks ago. Just after it shipped my eldest son came by and while talking he asked if I'd help him put together a DIY startup package.
Well, I'm no expert......and probably never will be, but I know a bit about TFA from my mixing experiments and WL's service.

We went to the site and I started showing him things he should include in an order. This quickly turned into just order for me and I'll pay for it. Hey, he's my son so no problem. We start shopping and dropping. A few items in, I went to the cart and realized My SHIPPED order still showed in the Cart. Well, he could use most of what I had so we left it in and finished up the build.
OMG, the boy is as bad as Dad. $144 later we closed out the order.

I think the Cart snafu is the one and only thing I don't care for about WL. Hopefully they will get that tweaked to clear on payment.

Other than that, I could not ask for more. they have gotten great about keeping items in stock and Nic in all strengths/sizes seems to be going smoothly.

I had the same thing happen to my order last year. It always retained my last order in the cart requiring me to manually delete those items. I made a note of it in the comments on my order and John called me the next day to discuss the problem. He was not aware it was happening and made a correction to the site and it's not happened to me again.

I don't know what will happen with all the worrisome legislation floating around out there. I rest quite comfortably knowing that my freezer is stocked, my little vape workshop in my basement has fully stocked cabinets of every supply and mod I could think of.

I'm set for a minimum of 5 years.. for myself and all my former smoking family.

Wizard Labs is my primary chemical supplier and they consistently have done right by me.

You can count me as 100% supportive of WL.

Just placed my 1st order with WL this morning, chose to use them to start my DIY quest, due to the smaller sized bottles of flavors with the lower price, if used anyone else I looked at, then would of only got maybe 20 flavors, with WL, I ended up ordering 42 flavors, should be enough to get me started :D

I was impressed to go back on WL 8 hours later to see they have already shipped my order, never got a shipping email, so glad I went back on the site, as on site it says 1-2 days processing, so they easily beat that time line.

I love WL and even though temped to try some other nic I just don't see anyone else as deserving of my business. Just wish they would carry more brands of flavor and offer flavoring in 4oz or larger. Had to start buying my flavors elsewhere since I now order everything in 30ml or greater sizes. And there are a bunch of new TFA flavors such as Red Velvet cake and Mojito they have yet to stock.

John if you read this you really need to start adding some of the new TFA flavors and start carrying FA.

crxexx - I am new to DIY & trying to put together my first WL order. I got the 250ml/100mgnic, 500ml PG & 500mgVG and flavors, but what glassware types/sizes would you recommend? They were out of many size beakers I think I'd need (50, 600 & 100), but would the Erlinmeyer flasks work as well for mixing? What size & how many syringes? etc...

I would also like to thank everyone on ECF for your help & knowledge, as I've been wanting to do this for a while!

edit-forgive me if I'm in the wrong thread for this

Danny45 has a blog covering these things - along with a lot of other excellent advice.

I use graduated cylinders and flasks:

    Cylinders - Graduated Cylinder Bomex Glass - 100ml (10, 25, 50, 100)

    Flasks - Erlenmeyer Flask Bomex Glass - 100ml (50, 100, 250, and my son gave me a 500 I have not used.)

Really, I could have gotten by with a few syringes from the drug store, 2 snuff glasses from my grandmothers house and a coupla spoons...for my mixing.

Awesome, awsum. Thank you. I was going to break down the nic & put all but 1 bottle in the freezer. With the one bottle in play, I was planning on making an 18-20% nic base and then make sample flavor batches from that. When I get "the mix", I was planning on loading up some 30ml bottles. Is that a sound game plan? Mix test batches directly in the bottles and use the savings for more flavors? Are they shaken or stirred? Forgive me, I've never been able to use that line.:D
