LOL and I just get an email a few minutes ago saying: "Wizard labs has sent you a package."
I got a package from them today. I vaped about a mil trying to get
it open. They are very careful about packaging, and I appreciate it.
Got some butterscotch and Irish cream to make some Buttery Nipple.
I also got banana cream, Bavarian cream and French vanilla to try
with some Captain Black in a recipe someone recommended.
They sent me a sample of Tuiti-Fruiti ... I have no idea what that is,
but I appreciate the sample, and I'm sure I'll find something to do with
it soon.

John messaged me here and let me know that he changed the settings around on the site, so that even while the site may be down for purchase we can now browse the site and login to check our orders or add updates/notes to previous orders.
He saw my post a few pages back and decided to look into how he initially had the site shut down, and was able to change it around with a little tinkering. I think it's great that he reads our posts here, and it's awesome that he took the time out of his busy work schedule to message me at 3:30 AM just to let me know he'd updated the site to allow customers limited access.
Keep up the great work and killer customer service John, we all immensely appreciate everything that you and your team do!!!

I placed my order on the 19th; it was shipped on the 21st. I received my priority mail package on the 27th. Yes, priority mail took 6 days to get from Florida to Colorado. Was that WL's fault? NO. I don't really know why it took 6 days, but I'm guessing it was because of the holiday shipping volume and maybe even because of the bad weather down south, including 30 tornadoes on Christmas Day.
The packaging was. Just. Amazing. Triple/quadruple wrapped. My cat sure had a blast jumping on all that bubble wrap. The products are of high-quality, and so is the customer service.
Stamps.com is not always reliable with the tracking. I've ordered items in the past (non-vaping related) where I never received any email or tracking notice from them at all. Still got my packages, though.
John is being upfront about the situation -- they are behind on filling orders. They are human and can only work so fast. So please just be patient. He and his staff are filling all outstanding orders before they re-open the website. That makes sense to me.
I received my latest WL order yesterday. Today I got an email from stamps.com telling me that WL has shipped me a package.
How can you not love doing business with a company like this!
When I was originally looking for a supplier, I posted a thread asking for advice.I chose WL because of the great prices. It was over the next few months that I realized what a great choice I had made.. not only because of the prices, but also because of the great packing, shipping and overall great CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really know what customer service means at WL!

as well. Wizarld Labs is the first company I used venturing into the world of DIY and have to say they set the bar very high. I am glad that this company has 99% of what I need. i only venture off if there is a specific flavor in a recipe they do not carry.

I agree, his dedication and attention to customer service is the best I've seen from ANY vendor or retail store, in any category of products!!

I just wanted to pipe up that I'm aware of a re-seller of John's nic that I've ordered through once before (batteries and atties, not nic - personally, I'd rather still go direct) - if anyone's interested while his site is down, feel free to PM me for URL. They also have 20% off the site through midnight for some steals - eVic for $80 anyone? If I had the cash, I just might...

So true!! It's great things are wrapped this way though, should be the staple that everyone shoots for when shipping chem's like this!

And that's why your nic comes in plastic with a shrink wrapped seal
- nic is a potent chemical. You can get glass to store your nic long term in the freezer cheaply from the same place
Question for the WL experts. Do I need to transfer straight pg and vg to glass or is it okay to leave in the plastics bottles they came in?
