Well that wasn't easy, I used a hairdryer to take the carbon panels off, along with a craft knife and some guitar plucks, it came off so good that I can use them again if I wanted. Cleaned all the mod up and carefully placed those Abalone sheets on, man, I nailed it. If they look a bit off in the picture they ain't, if anything, the alum housing is a little off. Lovely greenish, yellow, goldish color to them but on the picture on the left, the sun caught the abalone and I managed to capture the picture, oh wow, this thang is flash. I don't usually like these colors but me loves this mod now, what a difference those panels have made. Boom, respect to dat.

Going to try something in a few days, I'm gonna wrap the Efusion in a black n bronze croc skin, not the panels of course lol and stick a NEW (cough, Emma) black and gold Boreas on there with a wide bore gold dotmod drip tip. Should make those panels pop more.
For anyone wondering what a ~3500 year old perfectly preserved piece of olive branch looks like.
Only problem is I'm going to have to make several prototypes out of more common wood before I go anywhere near this wood.That's gonna be one pretty mod Boden
