WTH? Who is the Ramsay? Oh Dimps, he's an internationally renowned celebrity chef, with a mouth so foul it would make a sailor blush, and he's hot enuf to cook without an oven.... 
The reason I ask is because of his TV show, "Hell's Kitchen". Year after year, all the contestants gather after kitchen hours, and they ALL smoke! It's the strangest thing I've ever seen.

If you ever worked in a kitchen you would understand why they all smoke.. its a super stressful job but its also one of the only/best way to get a break. I heard a kitchen manager tell a cook once: if you want a break around here you better start smoking...
But it is odd in the sense that it dulls your sense of smell/taste.. but tbh most kitchens frown on employees tasting the food.. they try to idiot proof things. In the more upscale restaurants they encourage tasting& there are spoons at all stations for tasting.

Sorry sweetie, I don't watch much cooking shows. WTH can I say, I watch sports and HBO. lol

Lol. No. Not even close Sirius. I would explain it to you, but I don't have the strength. Haha
Lol you have no idea how right you are. Even at places that cost 20-30 an entree ive still been appalled.

Ambien.
at 100 watts you might as well pour the liquid on your head and stick your finger in a light socket and vape it.
Oh I take Ambien. Even that couldn't knock out the God horrible sounds.
Works pretty well for me. If I need a little extra I take a muscle relaxer to put me out but the Ambien keeps me down. I need my 8-10 hours, anything below 8 and by the end of the week I am exhausted. Sigh
My natural sleep cycle is between 3am and noon, so getting to sleep at 11 or so has always been problematic for me.

I think I've taken it for too long. Of course my hubby is in the medical profession and comments all the time "you know that's addictive". SHUT UP!!!! I'm not one of your patients? Save it. Lol.
