I know these threads are meant for vendors to reply to customers, but I don't understand (given the volume of issues) why they just don't PM for security reasons and personal information and whatnot, it would seem equally easy and somehow better.

Also, I don't know that Vapesourcing is actively trying to scam or whether they just have a large volume of orders and a lack of appropriate tracking methods/warehouse issues, whatever it IS.

At this point though, they'd be better addressing it in a blanket kind of way, so that consumer complaints go down, and their reputation improves. I mean, it is not that hard to keep your website updated so that people ordering something "in stock" actually get it, especially if they are paying for quicker shipping.

I don't exactly know what the solution is for the company, but so far, it's a shame because they do have a wide selection and good prices, but I am not going to buy from a company that makes it this difficult for so many folks. Not until they resolve some things.

Taking it up with them privately is not effective, they don't respond to you. I tried that many times prior to opening my dispute and posting here. Like Kindra said...they dont respond until you file a dispute. I posted here so at least people can see how this company operates before getting involved in a scam.

Oh, I'm not saying YOU did anything wrong, and I believe you. I just... For a company of this size to it this way is not that effective for them. It's effective for me as I see so many complaints, but I just don't understand this form of "business practice." I have to assume they aren't scam artists to be an ECF vendor, although I also have to doubt they are on the "top sellers" list. Which you may want to check for future reference, it lists those ECF suppliers that have little to no complaints. I've ordered from several Chinese companies and had good experiences, so it certainly can be done....

Well, I don't understand that at all, but I will just add it to the list of things that I don't understand. I think complaints only register if you post on the "Reviews of Suppliers, negative," board. Or perhaps they do massive volume or something. I think "RoSN" is only meant for the vender and OP to post on, to see if problems get resolved. When I do happen across that board, it does seem like vendors reply/resolve quickly, so perhaps that is why? Who knows.... I'd hate for someone's first order to be like a Vapesourcing negative one, although to be fair, most of the time if people are happy, they don't announce it (seems to be a humanity thing to me...)

If you have a negative experience with a supplier, you are able to post it on that board, and only the supplier can reply... Is how it works I think.

I am done trying to figure it out. It’s a scam pure and simple. They still have the item I purchased on the site saying that it’s available. But, as you can clearly see from there response on here and from Facebook that they don’t have it. It’s false advertising a scam and a flat out lie

This is how a company is supposed to work I placed this order Friday morning it was shipped out Friday evening and should be here by Tuesday. They have excellent customer service. Once they sent me the wrong rba deck I contacted them. They replaced it with no problem sent it out the same day and let me keep the one they sent out.... if you want a good company try eciggity.com they even have a reward program if you are interested I can send you a (i think) 10 bucks off code. VapeSourcing sucks toilet water.

I ordered something from vapesourcing and vapingbest a day apart both are china based. The vapingbest order says shipped but USPS says "status pre-shipment - Origin Post is Preparing Shipment". been stuck in that status for 11 days. Vaporsourcing I was sent a tracking number and also says order is complete so I'm thinking in my case its some lazy jackasses involved in the shipping process after it leaves the warehouse. I order much of the time from vapordna they ship out fast and tracking numbers actually work and ship using USPS and just signup for SMS tracking. I won the recent vapesourcing giveaway haven't heard anything back about that either maybe they don't work weekends.

It’s possible. Once the shipment makes it to the states it has to pass through customs first so that may be what’s happening with your vapingbest order I have ordered from 3fvape a few times and noticed something similar. As for VapeSourcing I don’t trust it I have seen too many people now stating that they have not received there package and saying it’s been shipped to keep people from disputing there claim. I have heard great things about VaporDNA but they are a little on the high end for some products. This was the first time I used a non trusted vendor and it’s been a learning experience. Not a good one :(

I ordered from gearbest...it took a long time but they were up front about it and it was actually delivered. Vapesourcing lies...i think they show available from "us warehouse" just to get you to order and then they ship from China and ignore your emails. I could be wrong.
