I ordered from gearbest...it took a long time but they were up front about it and it was actually delivered. Vapesourcing lies...i think they show available from "us warehouse" just to get you to order and then they ship from China and ignore your emails. I could be wrong.

I now believe they sent me a fake tracking number. I put both tracking numbers in 17track and vapingbest showed up but vapesourcing doesn't. I ordered from both a day apart ECF is not a trusted source for legit businesses as this is one of the star suppliers!

I think you may be right. No company should ignore you after taking your money. I have been looking at GearBest and heavengifts but with this whole VapeSourcing nightmare for the time being I’m going to stick with the companies I am familiar with for a while.

They tried to do the same thing to overman. After he filed the dispute. They are banking on people forgetting about it. Don’t let them get away with it I didn’t.

I think you may be right. No company should ignore you after taking your money. I have been looking at GearBest and heavengifts but with this whole VapeSourcing nightmare for the time being I’m going to stick with the companies I am familiar with for a while.

Amusing yet unfortunate posts , looks like "tom" is vape sourcing damage controll, not "special customer service ", ....looks like he has confirmed our suspicion of the company. It always amazes me that a company of their size and others whom make millions from English-speaking customers are incapable of finding one person off the street who can speak/ type in decent English

I agree. I have had no problems with ecigcity. Would recommend, if they have what you want.

This is how a company is supposed to work I placed this order Friday morning it was shipped out Friday evening and should be here by Tuesday. They have excellent customer service. Once they sent me the wrong rba deck I contacted them. They replaced it with no problem sent it out the same day and let me keep the one they sent out.... if you want a good company try eciggity.com they even have a reward program if you are interested I can send you a (i think) 10 bucks off code. VapeSourcing sucks toilet water.

They seem to say that a lot. I was just checking the other posts on here it’s either out of stock or they are giving people dead tracking numbers they should be ashamed

After i asked for Details about my order Tom contacted me and told me that they will send it. That was on monday last week. They send 4 days later on friday and today i received it. That's 4 days to send to Germany. I think that's not to bad... Ok i had to wait longer than they said but finaly it arrived in the right color and it is an original device. For the longer wait they gave me 5 Dollar for my Account.

Isn't it nice when a company actually sends what you paid for?... I sure will, I can say PayPal moves way too slow with disputes. I should have had my money back by now. Thanks for the luck.
