I agree. Im fortunate that my order was only $41 but I do hope that others research better than I did and see what has been exposed here about vapesourcing. It's a matter of principle. Also very telling that @Verashu / Tom doesn't dispute any of this.


Screenshot your conversation with him and keep your sent emails that should be enough for PayPal hopefully.

I got my tracking number for the mod I won on the giveaway monday and it actually is a working one but my order the tracking number never did work after 16 days (12 working days). I doubt it even was shipped or in stock

At this point they are probably going to pull the same thing they did with overman.. saying you can’t get a refund after it’s been shipped. Did you use PayPal also?

You won the giveaway on Jan 18, then we emailed you asking the address, got reply on Jan 20.
Then warehouse has arrange it for you, forwarder picked up the package, processed in their warehouse, arrange flight.

The package handed over to airline on Jan 24.
We don't know where did you get the 16 days and 12 working days.

Also we doing the giveaway with grateful attitude for all your support of vapesourcing.
We definetely won't send second-hand product.

When package processed in Singapore, it will have more tracking update.

If you had a "grateful attitude" you would have grateful customers who received what they paid for...but you don't, you have ...... off customers that you scammed money from.

Its easy to give something away when you are in the business of getting money for nothing.

From my order is where I got the 16 days. 4 of those days were weekends so 16-4=12 working days

That was my point. The give away tracking number worked the very next day after I received it but my order tracking number never worked.

I get it.. you won the giveaway your order for that was shipped with no problem. But when you actually bought something they claimed to have shipped it but you can’t track it.. I don’t think they have a clue of what’s going on in there own company. Especially if there shipping from Singapore. I thought it was from the China warehouse.. this just gets better and better :(

How do you know what is sent? You can’t even tell if an order was canceled. As for your snotty comment about customers being grateful. You should be grateful that you haven’t been shut down. How rude

Thanks for asking, I wanted to ask the same question. I seen 25 year old female and the name Tom. I had issues with my order, once payment goes through, I feel like vapesourcing could careless beyond that. Then to think this person who appears to be attempting to resolve order/shipping issues is not really who they say. :unsure: It's not the way I'd try and build confidence that I'm on the up and up and have decent customer service. My order tracking says my item will arrive tomorrow. I'll give vapesourcing a fair and honest review overall once my item is in my hand.

Of course he/she wouldn't answer. Vapesourcing is rotten through and through. Hope you receive your order but I wouldn't chance it again. Nothing will change my opinion of this company now.

Are you serious?? Now they just get to keep your money.. that’s terrible :( keep fighting it until you get a refund. I would be considering never using PayPal in the future. That’s a shame.

My issue was handled to my satisfaction? What are you reading?

I paid vapesourcing 32 days ago and I have not received my order. You think I'm satisfied with that?

I don't partake in vendettas, I merely state facts and seek justice. If you would like to protect a company that operates in that manner, you go for it. But don't put words in my mouth.


@Kindra and @Overman

Considering your issues were handled AND were handled to your satisfaction, coming into the thread with a vendetta is not appreciated by the vendor or ECF. This behavior will cease.

Believe me, I would much prefer to not write a single post on here but vapesourcing will not respond and will not attempt to resolve this.

I don't feel that I am constantly harping, I have been snarky due to their lack of customer service and seemingly careless attitude. One can debate whether that is the best way to go about it. @Verashu has posted some snark of his own (perhaps you would like to address that as well). I have contacted them privately only to be ignored.

I can provide evidence to support this if you are in doubt.

I can certainly lighten up with the snark if you wish but I do have a right to state facts about this company.

I simply want my money back or the products I ordered. That is the way a respectable company would resolve this.


My mistake as my information was faulty.

However..............

You've stated your case to Vapesourcing. The constant harping and snark will cease.

You were advised earlier in this thread what your options are when the mod finally arrives. No further comments or derailing attempts will be tolerated.

Singapore Post does do tracking. I Haven't use the tracking from Singapore Post directly. I've been using 17track mobile app and the mod I won has been handed off to USPS is in NY but my other package was lost so VS is sending another a different color.
