That is the same tracking number you show in your photo. I have already came to the conclusion that I will never receive what I tried to purchase from this company and have filed a dispute with my bank. I’m not playing these back and forth games. Like I stated earlier you will never get another dime from me. Although I do find it comical that the item I purchased is no longer showing up on your site any longer. You should be ashamed of yourself☹️

I know it’s not my tracking number. You said that you are “out of stock”. Which means I am due a refund. Like I have stated previously I have filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. If you don’t have the product to sell give me my money. It’s that simple

Yeah, for days I have been telling them to refund me because they were already way later than agreed upon. They ignore, ignore, ignore. Now they ship it anyway and send me an email like they conquered the world . fools...Now they say refuse the parcel and we will refund you immediately. I have been telling them for days not to send it, I wont be in the area. Then they say ship it back later and we will reimburse you for the shipping and refund immediately... yeah I'm sure...because vapesourcing has shown it does things immediately....What a joke! They should refund me and have me keep the product just for having to deal with their stupidity...unbelievable.


So apparently this is your order.

I would have been much happier if...

1. They shipped within 48 hours of the purchase, as stated they would (that was the only reason I placed the order).

2. They would have refunded my money when the 48 hours had passed and they didnt have the product to ship. Or at least communicated to me what was happening and asked if I wanted to wait.

3. Listened to my many requests to cancel the order and refund. I sent many messages, both email and through their website. They wouldn't even respond.

4. Offer me compensation for this major screw up on their part.

I don't have one good thing to say about them.

I agree! I noticed that every time I mentioned a refund that it has been completely ignored. Now they have removed the product completely from the site. He can tell me that the tracking number didn’t belong to me but can’t tell me about my refund. I also find it strange that after you filed the dispute that it was shipped and now you can’t get a refund until you deny the package from the courier. You have clearly asked for a refund repeatedly

They should refund your money right now, no questions asked. Any legitimate company would. I don't know the reason they won't but it shows that they are not legitimate.

That lets both of us know that there not legitimate at all. If my order hadn’t shipped which there site says it hasn’t and I asked to be refunded for the 4th time now there is no reason not to give me my money. Yet nothing. It’s really sad . There is no way to even cancel the order on the site. Which is why I called the bank

@Kindra - All you can do is dispute it with your bank and get the word out to people about what kind of company they are. I will continue my dispute via PayPal. Vapesourcing needs to be held accountable for their fraudulent and unprofessional behavior.

It said its in stock but after 14 days it still just payment accepted.
