I would have been much happier if...
1. They shipped within 48 hours of the purchase, as stated they would (that was the only reason I placed the order).
2. They would have refunded my money when the 48 hours had passed and they didnt have the product to ship. Or at least communicated to me what was happening and asked if I wanted to wait.
3. Listened to my many requests to cancel the order and refund. I sent many messages, both email and through their website. They wouldn't even respond.
4. Offer me compensation for this major screw up on their part.
I don't have one good thing to say about them.
Yeah, for days I have been telling them to refund me because they were already way later than agreed upon. They ignore, ignore, ignore. Now they ship it anyway and send me an email like they conquered the world . fools...Now they say refuse the parcel and we will refund you immediately. I have been telling them for days not to send it, I wont be in the area. Then they say ship it back later and we will reimburse you for the shipping and refund immediately... yeah I'm sure...because vapesourcing has shown it does things immediately....What a joke! They should refund me and have me keep the product just for having to deal with their stupidity...unbelievable.
