Time to Plan the Next Meet

Hi everyone, I thought I was moving out of state so wasn't planning meet but we are staying for now so ready to get going on planning a meet. Please let me know if you have preference for date, if you are available to help or any other suggestions you have and I will book the Team Room at The Fowl Line again for our next meet unless someone has somewhere better we can get a room for free that will let us vape. Looking forward to meeting all of you again and meeting the newer vapers in the area.

I'm going to suggest either June 4th the 11th since this month is almost done. I liked the Fowl Line and maybe this time they won't double book the private room!

June 4th doesn't give me enough time to contact sponsors for prizes or people to get time off if they need it. I am looking more the end of the month. We don't want july 4th weekend, I think I will give the guy at the Fowl Line a call and see when the room is open and get back to everyone.

Sorry all I have been sick, I will try to get a hold of the guy at the Fowl Line today. The manager gave me his card last time so I can set it up with him personsonally so we don't have the problem we had last time and not getting the room. Sorry for the delay.
