Welp, ChelsBee, we're six and six! Congrats on your first 1/2-a-vape-a-versary!

Actually, I use them, too. Haven't had any problem, though every time I tell someone they can do that, someone else comes along and says nothing below 1.2Ω...lol. So, I just stick with the 1.2 story. Tis simpler. When I do rebuild, I do it at my preferred 1.5 range.

ETA: It's true I've used them at 1.0 on the Provari, but until you explained it, I didn't know how or why that was possible. So, thanks for the explanation.

Your earlier post enthralled me (caused me, forced me, enticed me) to re-study up on amp limits and Ohm's law. It's quite simple once we wrap our minds around it.

I've used the Egg Rolls at 1.0Ω on the Provi 2.5s and yes, at very limited voltage. Good vape, safe, and all that there. BUT, the important thing is the understanding of it, which really does kick in with just a little bit of spare time and an open mind. At least for me, anyway. :)

With a 1.0Ω coil, the amp limit and the voltage are equivalent. I like a safety margin, so I use voltage a bit lower than that.

Got these Nova tanks for $1 a piece. Went ahead and purchased 6 of them. Anyone have experience with them? Were they that cheap for a reason?

The ol' STRING wicks! Wow, I think I still have one in the back of the drawer. The Vivi Novas (by Aspire) were a loverly tank that takes the Aspires BVCs (non-Nautilus). The drawback is no adjustable air flow.

For a buck a piece, use 'em and toss 'em!

So, without me scanning this enormous thread all the way back, would someone please tell me where in the States (or that ships to the States) can someone get the 19mm (2ml) ego one v2?

I've been on Vapecrawler and all of the US sites are sold out, and I don't know how to order from HG.

pokes, I found it interesting that you mentioned these. I even discussed the different sized tanks with the DPL, and decided that the 4ml, even tho a bit larger, are just more worthwhile to my vape style. I'm really still not sure what there is to be gained by reducing the volume by half...

Jeez, check this out . Just got my first liter of nic and it comes like this. Is this common?

Oh no. I did receive a package from MFS quite awhile back that looked like yours. Mine was VG tho, I think.

Actually since I'm not a tootler, I don't really belong on this page. I vape normally an 0.3-0.5 ohm coil at anywhere from 20-30W's. Guess I'll leave now. :)

Now you just listen here, missy. ;) Up that ohmage, and lower that wattage, and STICK AROUND, please? :) (or, just vape what you're vaping and STILL stick around, please.)

Can I assume then that I can use the stock CLR coil on my P. mini while it lasts?

Joyetech eGo ONE V2 Tank

@bea, I do believe you can (see above). Spend a few minutes with Mr. Ohm tho, k?

LOL!!!!!!!!!!! That's great!!!!!!

Hmmm... all this talk of the Ego one with clr coils being a good tootler and the coils being rebuildable,I'm gonna be checking them out at my local Vape shop next time I go.

Is the draw on the Ego One pretty much as tight as with a Kayfun lite or....?

I'd say no, it isn't, snm. I find it a bit more open and airy, but certainly not TOO open or airy.

That looks awesome!!!!!! I'd wear it on Katurday nites, whilst painting towns!!!!!!

A 19mm tank (with plug & play coils) that won't hang over the sbody or Hana one!!! [emoji57] I'm so weird that way, but it really bothers me! For $10 bucks a piece, I thought I'd give it a shot. Spent much more on much worse.

I'm more of an air control closed to the point you can barely see a sliver of an opening. If you recall, until very recently, I had been huffing on Protanks for the last few years.

Thinking about it though, in theory, couldn't you take just about any tank, restrict the air flow internally or via small bore tip, and put a tootler coil in? It sounds like it would work, again, in theory.

I've restricted the air pipes below the coil on Subtank minis and a serpent mini with the bottom silicone grommets from pro tank coils. It worked out wonderfully for me.
