1. I agree with Reign in that there are 2 sides to every story.

2. I've bought alot from several shops here, and I can't say enough about the service!!!! All the dealers have gone above and beyond, and provided excellent service, and have been very nice. And I feel bad for those dealers who work hard in satisfying customers and get slammed by one. But then again, you don't hear about the hundreds or more happy customers, do you.......well, you hear from some on here!

Jason could be making the correct decision. JC isn't represented here and their business from all accounts, is doing well......

I think this problem has increased tremendously since the forum was reorganised and suppliers were obliged to pay a monthly fee to be on here. In return they each got their own forum where they could promote their products and interact with existing or potential customers. At first it seemed to go okay, but then the griping and sniping started. Issues that should have been dealt with via the suppliers' official channels ended up on the forums for everyone to read, or to have to wade through to get to the other content. This has proved that the idea of suppliers' forums is flawed and that they should either be abandoned or a proper set of guidelines issued regarding posting on them. I think anarchy is the word I'm looking for to best describe the forum at the moment and with inconsistent moderation it leads to bitter disputes and name calling. Maybe there is scope to pay someone part time to moderate impartially - I'm sure it doesn't cost 2760 US Dollars a month just to run the forum.
It's a shame that Jason feels obliged to opt out but I understand why and compared to his business this still is a two bit forum with a few 'big fish' in a small bowl.

speak as you find .. thats what my mommy has always said .... all my orders have been spot on ... granted i'm in the UK .... quality juice any one can tell that but not the biggest amount of flavour but i've been spoilt by my niquid all being good ... whilst reading this thread i started to feel for patti ....but then i started to feel a lot more for poor old lisa green from e puffer ... my god she's good.... i will still order from TW ... got some 36mg watermelon which should be arriving in the morning .....

I wasn't going to post in this thread. Well, I was, then I wasn't, then I was, then I wasn't... and now I am.

Jason (Pillbox) has been one of the true heroes and leaders of the industry. The steps he has taken in packaging, testing, and labeling have still been unparalleled by anyone else in the market. While not all of my transactions have been smooth (I've had quantities messed up, failed parts, etc) he's always gone above and beyond to make it right... because I gave him a chance to do so.

I'm so freakin' tired of people with their demand for 'instant gratification' that it makes me want to go slap their mamas for raising a jerk. I don't blame Jason for finally losing his cool with a few noobs who don't have the sense to use proper forum etiquette, or even simple common decency. It's easy to hide behind screen name. If any of you are like this in real life, I feel sorry for you. Life must be unbearable.

With the diminishing civility of the forum, I've considered leaving as well. My presensce certainly won't be missed as much as yours though, Jason.
walrus.........your last line echos the thoughts of many including myself...but to some, myself included..your presence would be missed...I have seen several of the "Old Timers"(If we can call ourselves that now)Disappear in the last couple of weeks.I think all of the negativity is what draws some to thier own "Groups" now. I do hope you will stay on here...even if you have to hide out in your "lab"...:)The Wiz!

If SJ does not get some EXPERIENCED moderators around here to help out Lu things will continue to degrade and we may one day look back at TW as being the first one to have the sense to get off a sinking ship.:nah:

Rusty, I know - I cringed when I first saw you use that all that time ago, because at the same time I was setting my site up :) Still, I got away with it until now!

Chief - I'm busier than I ever hoped to be, just don't tend to see many sales come from this site (as far as I can tell). I'm planning to sell TW liquid as of next month, and in fact I was planning on creating a poll tomorrow to figure out which flavours to start out with. I've been trying out the menthol flavour for the last week and I'm totally hooked on it!

Jason, I haven't had the pleasure of ordering from you..low funds not being picky, but from what I have read and after touring your sites, you have quality goods. I read your forum and was impressed by the answers given and the customer service offered. I am truly sorry to see you leave.
I hear all of you guys going on about newbies, sure there are a few who need a change of diapers but not ALL of us who do our due diligence before posting.
Walrus, you have been a great help here. I have always enjoyed your posts. You would be missed more then you know. You as well Wiz!

I have gotten excellent service and products from TW and will continue to support them. They do have some of the best liquid out there, I have 4x 30 ml bottles on my desk right now. They are also the fastest shipping to me and have never had an order take more than 3 days. Keep up the great work and no doubt your businesses will continue to flourish. Please reconsider and maybe return to ecig forum at later date.

This thread has really helped me. If i had'nt read it i would'nt have gone to my Fridge to check on my bottles of TW Liquid so that i could look at the packaging and safety instructions, ingredients and everything that could be reasonably asked for by any Authority, which sets the Standard for any Supplier to live up to.
To my horror i realised that i only have 1 30ml bottle left. 8-o

Time to order some more. If i order before Mid-day today (Mon 11th) it will not be here until Tuesday (12th) or Wednesday at the latest. 8-o

I've been ordering from TW (pillbox32 originally on Ebay) since August 2008 and will continue whether he is on this Forum :lol: or not.

Jason (if your still reading this thread) **** 'em.

You both must feel like a mom that has 1000 kids...having so many babies pulling at you and crying all the time. Hang tough.....there are lots of satisfied customers pulling for you and holding you up.

I wish there was a way to have customers with complaints have to follow some type of regulation that they have to contact the vendor by email first and then if their problem isn't resolved in a weeks time, then they can take it public on a board if they can't come to an equitable solution. This running and posting for every whinny type of silly complaint has to wear on the vendors. Those vendors are the ones that put up all the money, sweat, time and tears to get their business going. Yeah, those businesses that exist to serve and give YOU all the product you demand.

Steve, when I first joined you were most help full to me, thanks to you and many others back then I have been tobacco free since September.

I have on an other occasion expressed mine and my wifes gratitude a few days after my son was born. Vaporizers kept my by her side during the entire labor, this was a great comfort to her. Every family has a few annoying relatives. This is truly rotten that it has come to this. Today, for the first time the vaporizer world has saddened me. Sorry I usually don't post feelings and such, but this got the best of me. God bless to 2 of the first!

Phew, Jason, I thought the OP meant the US shop. It's a shame that you won't be where you belong here on ECF... - but I wish you for the best luck for your business, as I'll be one of your silent customer/supporter. :)

I know it's loss of energy and time to argue with someone online - while during that time, you could spend your valuable time on helping out customers and for your family. I respect your decision. Godspeed, and keep stocking up the juices on our USA end. :)
