I think you will find that they and Intellicig were one step ahead of Trading Standards Officers by being the first to make their packaging CHIP Compliant. A number of other UK suppliers had to stop sales of carts and liquid until they got themselves organised with the correct packaging.
There is a distinct difference between what you refer to as 'overdose' and a lethal or dangerous dose of nicotine.
Do you know they were "just covering their ..." as a fact or is it just your opinion?

Just an update. Pillbox and I have exchanged PMs and cleared the air. Once again I want to be clear that I have never had an issue with TW or TECC products, Jason and I clashed personalities some time ago, we got each other's backs up and it has taken a while for us to be civil to one another. It is now safe for us to be in the same room together without fear of staining the carpet with blood

And its good to have cleared the air Andy.. My hotheadedness can be my achilles heel, but at least people who know me realise that.
I appreciate your fairness and also your knowledge of the Ecig world, it feels much better to be friends than enemies.
I remember always to try and think of one of my favourite sayings from a great personal development mentor ( "Napoleon Hill" ) when things get ropey.
He advises that "Out of every adversity comes the seeds of an equal or greater opportunity" and how true that is today.
I have been given the opportunity to bury the hatchet with Andy and after sundays loonacy it made me sit back and realise that there is lots to be done still. The Titans stuck in Kentucky held by the FDA, i have now spoken with 4 officials there..
Our decision as a company and we have found a guy to work with who deals with drug registrations for small businesses is to get the Titan and the Wicked fluid FDA approved.
Two seperate elements, 1 .the drug delivery device 2.The drug.. A tall order but if we committ we will achieve.
So thank you Keep it simple, i mean that...I knew something good would happen..

I doubt you remember me Pillbox but I was one of your first customers last July. Through my eBay group & the ebay forums I've recommended you to so many people but have to admit, as you say, that your hotheadedness & unwilliness to back down can be your achilles heel. Sadly lost a couple of the members of the group (& also lost them to vaping) due to it. However you have just gone way back up in my estimation (Where you rightfully belong) it must have taken a lot of guts to post as you did at #148.

I too have had issues with TW, to do with an initial refusal to refund a clearly faulty item as well as with some liquids which eventually got pretty much sorted out, but which I didn't moan about on the forums. As a result, I was so annoyed that I wasn't going to order again but gave in the other day when I saw TW had a new Watermelon flavour I was dying to try
, the first Watermelon in the UK to my knowledge (but I might be wrong). I also have trouble opening the bottles (made worse by the fact that I'm disabled with MS), as do a few others who aren't disabled, so I hope I manage to open the bottle when I receive it . I've also seen Jason admit on his own TW forum that he can be prone to having a "short fuse", same as he's said above about his "hotheadedness". Whereas it's admirable to be able to admit to one's own shortcomings, it still doesn't, to my mind, excuse the attitude towards some customers. But, it does seem that this whole issue has perhaps hopefully led to some lessons and insights for all concerned.
As Chrissie also said, I hope Jason won't take this wrong way. I too had thought about posting earlier, and had even drafted a long post at the start of the topic, by which time so many other posts came in and I had other things to do, that I didn't post it. Probably just as well now.
Once again, well done Andy and Jason, and thank you both. I hope peace may be resumed and no more quibbles and attacks from any side!
