Why block anyone? It's much more fun to read the stupid comments of people who you don't like.

I was forced to ignore the latest one, the willfully stupid one, because even my very-low blood pressure was maxing out, with every single thing I read that that person posted. It's much more fun to only see those comments when someone else is replying to them with some well-placed derision and/or instructions. :D

Also because I didn't want to get myself in trouble with whatever I might reply to the person, when in a rage. :D I really, truly hate stupid people, but I know that some can't help it; those who are WILLFULLY stupid, they make my blood boil, and I really don't need that.

ROFL! I've had a couple on my list who later 'redeemed' themselves and I un-ignored them. Or maybe I was just having a bad day, the day I ignored them. But the willfully stupid one... I think that one will be staying ignored. :D

You can probably keep up without having to see the actual post, lol. Does the text show when someone quotes that individual?

yeah, it does.
I think that is one of the problems with the ignore feature.
Sometimes you really don't want to see but can't get around it unless you stop visiting the threads that an individual frequents.

Yes, and you're right, I can keep up that way, and as I said, it's much better to only see what drivel that person posted when someone else is replying -- usually appropriately! :D That way I can "like" the response when someone else tears that person a new one, or points out what an idiot that person is... ;) And keep from getting any further infractions or reminders of my own... ;)
