Worry??? (discouraged?)
Been here almost a year... and from the start i was hooked, line and sinker.
I'm a number 2 ... too Cil... my wife is a number 1 too. haha
I absolutely "OCD" (according to her) love vaping.
To me vaping is "all the above"... i have all the best gear (which cost substantially less than my uke habits btw), read ECF for sometimes hours every day (at least check in a few times a day), vape easily 6ml a day (going through 1 1/2 to 2 18650 batts a day.
Just because OP has 2 years may seem intimidating to some newbies (and vets too)... it shouldn't.
This is a new sport.
We all now have a front row seat in the evolution of a unique era... sit back and enjoy the ride.

I think you're bang on, people fall into two distinct camps;
1/ I just want a hassle free alternative to smoking.
2/ I want something that I can tinker with, change flavours, make my own bits and pieces, be a bit geeky and that can be a hobby.
I'm number 2, my wife is number 1. This is perfect for me as I get double the hobby and can also try and make vaping as easy for her as possible.![]()
