I should be a posterboy for ecigs, I haven't had any bad effects whatsoever. When I first got it I overdid it and didn't feel very weel but as far as regular usage none. No sores that I read others are getting ,throat isn't sore never was. I've only had 5 cigarettes since getting my ecig a month ago and that was because I lost a battery and the only battery I had left was dead. Cigs tasted like death, I had 5 that morning and my chest hurt me for a day or so. I don't know if it was all in my head because before quitting I smoked 40 cigs a day for a good amount of time and had only stopped smoking for 3 weeks when this happened.

Either way - No, not bad effects at all, what so ever on ecigs, I swear by them.

I vape when I can. If not working and at home I chain vape. I do not see any major side effects. I feel fine. Yes I somedays get a tickle and a small cough. A dry cough that goes away if I have something to drink. The stuff that is in our liquid is in reg cigs. Reg cigs have even more nasty s@#! then the liquid. I have said it before vaping is a choice that I have made. Made because I belive (have studied) that vaping may kill me but cigs will kill me. Is vaping 100% safe? do not know. Do some have side effects? Maybe, but there are people who cant eat nuts, dairy, or some other type of food without side effects. Do what is right for you. Just because it is right for me, it may not be right for you.

I do vape all day, but then again I smoked all day and woke up at night to smoke! My only probems have been some muscle aches, mild and chin spots, clearing up, thank you. I can live with those problems.
I am begining to think it was withdrawal, not vaping.

Now that I have been at it for a couple of weeks I can chime in. I was a 3 week quit prior to going to ecigs so withdrawal is not in it.

So far, the only thing I have experienced was some OD type symptoms, feeling generally bleh and getting a headache. I vape 18mg and being on vacation this week have vaped a lot, also contributing to this is that I got new flavors so you know how that goes.

From what I understand, 18mg should be very hard to od with if not impossible (I was a pack a day smoker so not a light weight) so maybe I am having a reaction to excessive PG, don't know. I seem to have a problem with the coffee flavor, anxiety after a couple hits. Could be a flavoring thing? I can 50/50 with my chocolate and no problems.

I am now restricting myself to when I was smoking, only outside or in the basement. This should help regulate.

I feel WONDERFUL at day five. Was a heavy smoker, and am vaping somewhat more frequently than when I smoked (quit immediately and easily, woo woo) but not too differently - ie, about once an hour when at work, and constantly when at home. Using 18 V4L strength and zero withdrawal symptoms. I read up a lot first and have a zillion bottles of vitamin water and etc. stocked up and am guzzling it constantly - I wonder if that helps w/side effects? Already the phlegm and wheezing and ugh in the morning has disappeared, and we are talking @ 25 years of smoking. I cough productively some, same as when I tried patches - that feels good. That's about it.

I have been vaping for about 8 days, took it really easy at first and did not vape all day or anything. But have noticed some weird things.....When I walk to my first class in the morning, about 1/2 miles my heart is RACING, this never used to happen, just odd that it started right after I started to vape. Everyonce in a while my heart seems to have palptations, a little more than usual, it does not happen often or last long enough to cause serious concern, but still worries me. Could this be from PG? I know its not from to much nic, I am using low level liquid (Totaly Wicked) and do not vape more then 5 times a day, just a few drags each time. I just bought some Halo liquid and I think its a Mix vg/pg? Im gonna see if I still notice the weird affects. I also have always had a very red face, but now its RED all the time.

I chain-vape 36 mg e-juice all day at high voltage. The first day or two I had a irritated throat. Now the only negative SE is I am a bit dehydrated. Now the postitive SE’s:

I used to cough all the time, now I never cough
I can breath, smell, and taste much better
Increase sex drive
Circulation has improved dramatically
Blood pressure dropped slightly
Dog doesn’t leave the room anymore (when I smoked he would leave when I lit up a cigarette
No more stains from tar
Spending between 20-30% compared to what I spent on cigarettes
Overall, I am very happy!

I see so many post where the blood pressure has gone down but with me it is just the opposite. After about 1 month of vaping with no cigs, my BP has gone up about 50 points on the high side and 25 on the low side. My latest reading today was almost 200/100? I also have some edema in my foot and ankle.

I would be so happy if everything would just stay the same because I don't want to stop vaping and go back to cigs again.

I've been vaping a week...but I've quit analogs several times before so I'm familiar with the withdrawal...but the one thing that's been bugging me most is the chest congestion and tightness. The first couple days I didn't have any, but now it's BACK.

I've realized though, that I haven't been drinking much water and too much coffee, so I'm hoping it's just dehydration. Going to start remedying that today and hope that symptom eases off a lot. As we speak, I feel as though I have a terrible chest cold, but no coughing :(
It sounds like something that happened when I tried cutting with VG. It cleared up when I went back to PG. The Coffee problem is, it leaves you more dehydrated. I switched to a green tea and mint drink. It replaces the need to have flavoring in your drink. Plain water does not do it for a coffee lover. I went from about ten cups of coffee a day, to one with each meal. After a while you don't really enjoy the coffee . Readind about dehydration, I learned It is better to have sugar or honey in the drink to replace the caffeine.

after 3 days into vaping i got soooo sick not vomiting but as though i had come down with a cold, which i think i really did. someone mentioned a weaker immune system after quitting analogs. i still don't know the true reason i feel this way i hope that i really did get sick cause i cant see a chemical making you feel as though you have a cold ( ears clogged, head floaty, no appetite, and a super stiiiiiiiff neck ) anyone else come down with an illness shortly after quitting or at the beginning of vaping?:confused:

I had side effects at the 30 day mark...I felt outside of my body at times...
I was using 24mg, when I cut down to 8 they all went away. I was getting headaches and high blood pressure & just an overall distant weird not myself feeling. Could have been detox mixed with over dosage of nicotine. I lowered the nic, and now I can vape 24/7.

So after vaping for 8 days I noticed my heart was always racing, which had never really happened prior to vaping other then while running. I then decided to take my blood pressure...it was 180/105. My health history is perfect, I am a 23 year old healthy male with no past medical history. The next day I decided to be seen by my doctor and when he took my BP he told me I needed to lay down before I had a stroke. He then gave me an EKG and my pulse was 198. I was rushed to the ER where I was diagnosed with Arrhythmia tachycardi and Palpitations. I had to be given 6mg and then 12mg of Adenocard to force my heart to stop beating so fast. Now I am not saying any of this was caused by vaping.....but it is awfully suspicous that I have never had a racing heartbeat and have always had a normal BP prior to vaping. The ER said I was dehydrated, but could not find any other underlying cause. I had mentioned I had just started E-cigs, most of them were clueless but they said If I noticed this when I started to e-smoke, it is wise to STOP! This is very unfortunate, E-cigs were the only thing I had ever used that made me stop smoking, they were a savior, but I guess they are not for me. And I am not willing to give them another chance, even if they were totaly unrelated. I hope I do not cause some "scare" and I hope none of this was caused by e-cigs because they help so many people stop smoking, but I atleast had to tell my experience.

no prob,

Smoked camel lights for 8 years. About a pack a day, ussualy a little less. I had a l88b, and a dse901. I mostly used the L88b because of the PCC it came with but was starting to use the 901 a little more. I started with the 6-8mg carts at first, I averaged 1 cart a day. One l88b cart holds about .3ml of liquid according to specs. I did quickly order (TW) Marl 11mg liquid. I was mainly using this because of quality assurance I was getting with a respected supplier of e-liquid. Id say i vaped about...5 times a day, and on average taking 4-5, 3 sec draws. It was just to get by, I rarely ever felt a buzz, and I did not want too, it was simply to cut down my cravings and to quit smoking. The first day I received my kit I stopped smoking. So I was not smoking and using my ecig at the same time. Any other info you need feel free to ask.
