Ultrasonic Cleaner ???

I ordered this Ultrasonic Cleaner

It's a good one, it cleaned my rings like BRAND NEW (my first test). It's not as noisy as the others I've had. It turned "aluminum foil" into "Swiss Cheese" in seconds. So we know it's a functionable unit..

It fits about 30pcs 8ml (2dram) vials.
Has a 30min timer & Heat setting.

Basically I have some "private manufacture" flavor concentrates and some known concentrates like Flavor West, OOO Flavors (I hate that place now) and mixed up 15pcs of ejuice flavors. I made 3ml samples using 8ml with 50/50/ pg/vg and no nic. concentrate %'s are from 5% as high as 25% (for some of the FW stuff)

What I've Done & Going to do:

1.) I set my heat to 50deg C and ran a 30min cycle
2.) Let it sit for 1/2 hrs and ran another 30min cycle w/no heat
3.) Ran 2 more 30min cycles with heat (letting sit 15min between cycles)
ok, that's 2hrs of ultrasonic pulsation. I will now let the bottles set out w/ caps off for fresh oxygen overnight.

Tomarrow I will recap the bottles and run 2 more hours (4x30miun cycles)

This will give me 4 total hours of ultrasonic treatment. I will then let sit open caps for another 24hrs...

Will this be equivalent to a 3-4 week steep?

Ater further evaluation on the eJuices I made both from a Ultrasonic cleaner and a simple heat and shake method I have came to the conclusions.

A: The eJuices I made with "ultrasonic cleaner" after 4 hrs in the cleaner and 1 week in a dark room "Taste Great"

B: The eJuice I made, then used a "shake & bake" steep method (hot water bath & shaking) once a day for 2 weeks. The eJuice "taste a little Better."

Batch A took 1 week off steep time
Batch B took 1 week more of steep time
Batch B there was a noticeable flavor enhancement

The moral to this story is, use patients. It taste better..
