I'd like to get in contact with somebody from Janty Management. I just had to wittness the worst customer support experience ever in my life. From one of Jantys representatives on a German forum. I was called, in public, a liar, a troll, to stupid for.. I dont know what. This is bordering on liable and slander.
This is unfathomable. I will refrain from making this public for now, but please, if somebody from Janty management could PM me or give me their email so this can be resolved.
