In the video Jay talked about a sale starting tomorrow. I ordered a Super Mini on 9/15 and a Mini with extra tube on 10/04. I'm still waiting for them both.

It seems unfair to offer a sale while so many people are still waiting for their full price GLV's.

Thats just how I feel.

Fair enough. I understand what your saying. If I wait a week to there will be other customers who will feel the same way. What I'm trying to say is that there is no real good time to do it. The 3-5 day is something that will take 1 or 2 weeks to kick in and this sale will be the last round of longer lead times. I will make sure you get yours before the sale people. Most custom built products have a longer lead time. I could just make them all black and only sell the ones that are done, but that wouldn't be very custom. Tednacious spoke of 3-4 week lead times,and that's because of high volume. I say this a lot but it's true . This is built by hand custom for you as you order,and there are people ahead of you. I would love to mail them out next day, but I can only build so many in a day. I mean no disrespect Fran. There is going to be an army of GLVs going out this week coming because of the new help I have now. I hope one of them is yours.

Gotta agree with you there. Especially with the new supposed 3 to 5 day turnaround compared with the 4 to 6 WEEK turnaround for past orders.

Don't worry yerself jay,I waited on my first supermini,my GLV3,and 2nd supermini.I(and most others)know these are custom made,not churned out on some chinese production line.These days of instant gratification make for impatient people.I want it yesterday.

I've bought GLV before. I was not complaining about the time as much as people getting a better price then me before I get my full price ones.

Okay so, posting this here may not be poignant or productive, but I'm starting to freak out a little bit... My GLV should have been here today, tracking info says it went out for delivery at 9:48am, but it never showed up; or somebody checked my mail before I did, if you know what I mean... I REALLY hope it's not the latter. I've ordered about a bajillion things off of the internet in this state and with the exception of a large order from China, which had to come through JFK, EVERY order follows the same route: Leaves local P.O., gets dropped off at larger local P.O., Hits Springfield Mass and is delivered the next day. Needless to say, after a month and a half of waiting, I am somewhere between a rage fit and anxiety attack. It obviously won't be here tomorrow, because it's Sunday, so what is the deal?! Wait til MONDAY and hope they just lost it in the truck and found it later?! Also, we're moving about 800 miles away in the first couple days in November, which means if I had to place another order and had a lead-time of 3 weeks+, I would have to wait til after the move, adding 3-4 weeks to my order time... (can't have it sent to the new place yet, because we aren't signing the lease until our arrival) Not to mention the fact that I simply could not afford to order another one anytime soon... Bahhhh...

I'm not trying to start anything Jay. 17 posts make my opinion worthless? I've been vaping for over a year and a half and own an Ego, a Riva, a GGTS, a Puresmoker Prodigy V2, V3, and Icon, an Altsmoke Alpha, a Provari and have bought several mods for friends. I'm not exactly a newbie. As for the 4 to 6 weeks I'm talking about, I got to that number from other's posts in this subforum and my personal experience of ordering your Super mini 5 weeks ago still with no shipping info. So I added a week to that (hopefully) to get the 6 week range. I am a patient person, I just think it would be more professional to update your website for shipping expectations as that could affect people's decisions.

....ya know, to me, it doesnt matter...sale or not, it's worth the money spent and i'll be glad when my GLV-3 mini does show...the lead time regardless, is such a small price to pay for awesome small american company made ingenuity...it still won't stop me when i finally get to order my 2nd, no complaints here on my end ....by the way Jay n Sara, have you thought about making a little stand for the GLV-2's at all? kinda like the empire mods version? I know a few peeps go and make their own, but it would be kewl if you were able to make up something that could 'accessorize' someone's GLV, that could 'stand up' one of em on a desktop or coffeetable instead of laying it down or leaning on something else.... just a suggestion and definitely, kudos! keep up the good work

Somebody suggested using some kind of plumbing fitting... I cant remember... It was like a black rubberish piece (that looked an awful lot like the empire stand) and it could be purchased at the hardware store for not too much... You could buy a case of em and sell em on the site as GLV stands... Anybody remember what they were? (or what the F I'm talking about?)
