I did get a quick response from sourcemore. Someone named Lucille offered to let me use my credit on a new order I'd put together based around an Abyss and its accessories. I'm risking another $80. I'll let everyone know if they actually ship it. or not.
From the correspondence it looks like they are concerned with their reputation.
Yesterday I placed orders from two of my usual shops. Both here in the US. Mostly just wanted to see what would happen. It appears all is good. Got shipping notices today. What's really going on?

Are you using both 17Track and Aftership? Make sure the autodetect picks 4px, or manually select it.While I paid for and they said they'd shipped by Singapore Post which is necessary for delivery to Hawaii, the tracking number they gave me only shows up as shipped by 4px but it does show it in transit. I guess I'll know in a week or two.
Live and learn.Today X delivery finally replied to my email from a month ago regarding my undelivered package.
"This may have occurred because the parcel had exceeded delivery attempts, or because the parcel was missing compliance requirements."
There was never any delivery attempt. The vendor had already refunded my purchase price of the item but I'm still out the $14 X was paid. Dishonest tracking info and total lack of customer service puts X Delivery on my one and done list.
