The green Efest's came this morn. They fit real nice in the Stout and are currently on the charger. When charging is complete, I'll put them in the Stout with the same topper (Serpent) that I used with the MNKE's and see what happens. I know, I know, Efest!! But they can't be any worse than the wide space MNKE's I had!! Fingers crossed.
I had the E fest purple in my stout. A bit long but great battery life. Board on the stout was bad and had to return. I have the MXJO waiting to throw in the stout. Curious to see how it compares to the Purple E fest

I just got my MXJO's and dropped one in the stout. I'm going to put a Crown on it with a .25 and she how it holds up.

Running my MXJO .40 SS in temp mode about a half tank so far. I thought I read in the VTC mini thread that you can see the remaining voltage if you click the fire button 10x while the device is off. Being that the board is almost identical it should do the same.
The replacement is working much better than the original device. Other than the 18650 that rattles the device seems enjoyable.

Jake, on the Stout with the device off hold the up, down and power all together and you'll get your remaining voltage.

IMR but they are out of stock right now. Vapor Beast has a decent price on the 4200MAH and are a dependable vendor.
And my Silver Stout was received by VF this morning and by 2:00PM my new one was in the mail. Talk about turn around on a RMA, pretty damn good CS!
And Randy at RTD just sent me a message, same deal received and my PP account already has been credited.

Update on the green 4200mAh Efest's.
Same set up as the wide spaced MNKE's, Stout @ 40 watts, Serpent with .75 spaced Clapton.
The MNKE's wouldn't fire above 60 watts and I got two tanks (approx 8ml) when I got the "weak battery" message.
The Efest's did fire above 60 watts and I got 3 1/3 tanks (approx 13.5ml) when "weak battery' came on. Granted these are 4200 and the MNKE's were 3500.
Conclusion: beats the sheet out of me!! lol

Is anyone else's Stout misfiring? Mine has several times. I hit the button and the screen lights up, but it doesn't fire the atty.

Hmm. I got mine on release, too. I'm going to call them on Monday. Its bothering me. It hasn't done it at all today, but it was at its worst last night. It did it the first day, and has done it quite a few times since.
