I really appreciate it TM!!! This is a little further down the rabbits hole than I wanted to go, but if it will make people happy im glad to do it.

I'm currently fighting with the stamps.com website... looks like you can only import from paypal or my store solution via the software, and the software is Windows only... fail sauce.. Im installing windows on my mac right now so I can run the software, without the ability to import from there its kinda useless to me :/ ... I'll keep you all updated.

If you have any questions about Stamps.com there customer service is excellent or you could PM me if it's a simple question. ;)

If Stamps.com doesn't work out for you then look into USPS online service.

I don't know anything about importing so I can't help you with that.

I'm currently using the PayPal click and print, previously I was using USPS and there isn't any automation. I'm willing to corrupt my Mac with a little windows to get this done;) haha. It looks like it will be just as easy once I have it set up. Really that's all I'm worried about, I just don't want to detract from build time;)

Thanks again TM!!!

Not necessarily helpful for the import, but see if there's any way you can import a CSV file. Mac platform should be able to create that easily...

As for bubble envelopes: we use Uline for the ones we use at work. If you get the 100 box it's WAY less per piece.

On stamps.com I can import CSV but on my current payment/store I can't export CSV.. So it isn't much help. I think once I get the PC stuff up and running etc it will be fine. I'm an senior application developer for ADT for a living so I'm very use to data manipulation.. When I set out on this venture I wanted to deviate as far from that as possible.. Haha.. So I could develop a solution but its the last thing I want to do right now.. Haha.

I really appreciate all the help!!!

Sooo.. What tips would you all like to see here? Let me know styles and I'll try to make everyone happy.

thanks, I wanted something specifacally for this tank, its the Phiniac black pyrex tank, somehow most tips look wrong on it. Its a very black, plain wide tank. Most tips look either too long or too short. I have some black tips, but still they kinda look wrong. The stepped design seems to be just perfect, the width at the base give it a more finished look and the touch of colour keeps it all from being a bit too black.
I was wondering though, If DI could make a torched tip a sort of matte black. I have some ideas.

I'm still in awe of the colors that tip came out! If you didn't want it it would have ended up in my personal collection.. Which for the record only includes 2 of my tips and a few random commercial tips that are mostly disassembled to measure with.

Unfortunately titanium can't really be turned black. I could probably do a stainless tip and powdercoat it. I don't have a powder coating gun at the moment but I'm planning to get one in the future. Provided I used a ceramic based one I feel it would be completely safe. That's always my largest concern, safety! I would never sell something I haven't researched ,have a full break down of elements and verify its all safe. As soon as I have options I'm completely comfortable with I'll offer them;)
