Agree. Do NOT vape indiscreetly in public places. It's not worth the risk to yourself and the vamping community.

I usually vape at smoker corner, or places that allow smoking.
Was approached by a few smoker want lighter.... i was vaping where got lighter.
Haha that has happened to me once. He must have thought I do not want to share my lighter.

This remind me of those officer who ask you for cigarette. Once you pass them a ... which do not have the SDPC stamps..you get it hard.
ya sia.. i kena that before.. luckily my contraband ciggs ran out and i smoking SDPC ciggs..
For me, what I hear also these officers may pretend friendly to you and try to talk to you for awhile, so as to get a glimpse of what you have in hand :/
Too bad they don't publish what their enforcement officers can do or cannot do.
It's not like they carry a rulebook with them where ever they go.
Rule of thumb: they are likely to appear in pairs and eyeballing everyone within 50m radius. So obviously they won't look like they are concentrating on what they appear to do. Safest bet: stay away from designated smoking areas in public and maintain your situational awareness

"REAL" N3A or MIB are not to be afraid off. They have certain guidelines to follow and if you don't allow them to satisfy those guidelines, they will have to leave you alone.
Now..the contract enforcement dogs..that is what you have to REALLY avoid. They have no idea what is their limit or even good knowledge of the law, like, for example..you are sitting on the bench and table with your drink and cigarette beside you, they can come up, flash their ID and accuse you of littering. It has happened to me to which I challenged them and called the cop (guy was threatening me and telling me he will NOT book me if I apologise to him and throw away my box and drink) . BTW, I was not littering, the cigarette box contain my cigarette .... which I have put out 20mins ago and the drink is halfway thru, I have no intention of leaving the premises as my customer has not arrive yet.
