I read both posts & stand by my statement. You claimed that his analogy was basically like saying that people who use egos are REALLY trying to quit while those that use something like a ProVari are using that device for attention. He never said that or implied it.
My apologies to anyone who is either slightly or significantly ruffled by my post. That was never my intent.

As I said, I have no problem at all with what people do that feels good, is fun, or provides them with enjoyment. It's their life and they're free to get their kicks wherever and however they'd like. If someone likes a loud car, or a raised truck, or impressing others/themselves with huge clouds? Have at it!

But I (just like anyone) have the freedom and ability to form a personal opinion of someone who I see/hear doing something in public. It's not my place (or desire) to tell them to stop, I wouldn't even think of that. But I am free to assume or come to my own conclusion as to what I think of their public exhibitions. I extend them the courtesy to do/think what they like and I reserve the ability to do the same.

If I've rustled jimmies, I offer my sincere apology. I am an easy-going and try to be as non-trollish as I possibly can. Text on the Internet is an imperfect medium and it's easy (almost certain) for meaning or intent to be missed, lost or misunderstood.

TLDR: Enjoy making huge clouds and it increases your enjoyment? Rock on!

I came from Spacebattles.com and the WoW general forum. Now THAT place is all kinds of evil.

Sent from my KFOT using Tapatalk 2

On car forums, the faster your car is IRL, the more direct and unforgiving you can be with your opinions.

I guess it's the same here..... If you can kill a Terminator with one of you pipe bomb mods, people don't try to argue with you as much.

Moral of the story? If you're wearing sandals, don't piss off the guy wearing boots.

Have you guys ever been active in other kinds of forums?

This forum is mild compared to how ....-hurt and defensive/offensive members get in car forums. I was actually shocked at how many useful threads I've read through on such a large population here before I witnessed the first pissing match. On my other forums it's pathetic. Almost every new thread turns into "oh look it's this thread again" wars.

I've been meaning to express how impressed I am with the congeniality here. It really helps draw and not turn away new to vaping rookies, and anything that makes the process of crossing over from fire-burnt leaves, bark, ink, paper, etc. is a wonderful thing.

Bravo ECF.

I felt compelled to comment on this, u know why imho there is that type of energy here.
Is because for all of us, we know its a matter of life and death or better quality of life.
We all want each other to succeed here it does get snippy sometimes, when talking
about which mod is the best lmao. But the bottom line I thisnk everyone here
realizes the importance of why we are really here.

Now as far as PG having more throat hit, to me from my short experience.
It all depends on how you vape it and what youre vaping.
I use all VG get a decent throat hit nice flavor and of
course produce plumes of vapor.................................................................

As I vape through out the day, I feel and elevated level
of oneness with all. As my spirit evelavtes on the vast amounts of vapor I exhale.

There is also the diligence and dedication of the mods. Conduct is monitored here, and there are boundaries which have been set.

I used to participate heavily on an archery forum. There was excellent information available, but people were frequently pushing the envelope in vulgarity, and direct personal assaults. After a while, it just became too much. Hopefully it has been straightened out since then- I would really like to participate again.

Oh definitely credit to the mods, but the mods cannot moderate caring and compassion; the language of the heart.
Ok I now officially declare this bro mance over before some smart (censored ) yells get a room............... :D

Good point. The mods are asleep on my car forum. There are hardly any topics off limits and since the whole population is smaller and post counts are lower..... It stays up in front longer. It creates a tense environment where good kind beginners wanting help and info are too intimidated to raise their hand.

Soba1 hit the nail about life and death.

Semi back on topic. I get just as good TH from VG with the right wattage heat, but man I blow through it faster to compete with the natural stronger TH of PG. But unfortunately I get too much discomfort from high or even medium-high PG levels.

So in that regard, big clouds are a visual indicator that that my volt/ohms are matched well. I don't have Wattage reading mod yet and I can't find my voltmeter at the moment.

Nerd forums can be bad. I got banned from a Star Wars forum because I called out a bunch of nerds (keep in mind, I consider myself a very big nerd).

Someone came on and said the sfx sucked in ESB because there's a scene in the asteroid field where a Star Destroyer shoots at an asteroid, but it explodes before the turbolaser bolt hits it. And yeah, for the most part, he was right (not about ESB as a whole, just that asteroid scene).

But then these nerds started creeping out of the woodwork, quoting all sorts of books, manuals, cross-section cutaways, saying that a standard turbolaser creates an invisible, ionized shaft through which the turbolaser "bolt" travels. The bolt actually hits the asteroid before our eyes can register it, and that "bolt" we see is actually time-delayed.

I was like, Really? Really?

So I posted a reply saying the sfx guys made a gaffe and it was nothing more than that. To try to handwavium it away by using rubber science logic was kind of... sad. I was promptly booted from that forum.

y'all have seen NOTHING until you've seen a bunch of middle aged women go toe to toe on a scrap booking forum on what the best ADHESIVE is.

Ugh.... Other forums.

I got sick of the little punks coming into the Suzuki Quadracer forum, trolling and posting pics of their Banshees.. Dillholes that have never changed a reed valve, but trying to tell others how to jet a carburetor.

90% of the members here will be clueless as to what I just typed there ^^^ LOL
