Package deal is rdna40, sharkskin, russian 91, and free 30 ml of eliquid for $269. Really caught me by surprise....I went in with intentions to purchase an rdna40 and a sharkskin only. With the cyber monday sale along with the package price it was just too hard to pass up.

I dunno, you placed your order a good 12 hours before I did, more or less at the beginning of the Cyber sale crush. I'd expect orders placed then to go out quicker than orders placed after the initial rush was over, probably much quicker, since they likely had some inventory ready to go in anticipation of a heavy volume of orders. I'm guessing they were surprised, however, by just how many orders they actually got during the sale, but I see that as a good thing. Other than us later orderers having to wait longer.
That might have been a bad combo but watching trading places is never a bad move. That and coming to america are probably my favorite Eddie Murphy movies, classic 80's cinema.
