I fixed the button rattle by not holding it to my ear and shaking it.

haha, I can hear mine when my fingers roll over it when I am picking it up or moving my fingers for any reason when the device is in my hand. Also, if I don't set it down gently on a surface they make noise. To be fair, I knew of the battery rattle prior to purchase, but most reviewers said that they did not have any rattle with the skin on the device.

I fixed mine.... Open the non battery side either an Allen wrench... The down button will come off so be careful... Cut a piece of non conductive foam about and 1/8" thick 1/8" wide and 1/2 inch long... Stick it under the wide part of the button on the up button between the button and the board.. Next put in the down button and stick another piece of foam under the down button...

Lastly the fire button... Stick a piece of magazine paper between the button pin and the button on the board... Install cover and ur done

No, I emailed on Friday morning and never received a response back. I may call them tomorrow.

Just called in the first time after selecting 2 for customer service it started ringing and then after quite a few rings was disconnected.
Tried a second time and rang for a while before the message to leave a message or email customer support.
Since they never called back during the shipping fiasco I didn't bother leaving a message, and I had already emailed letting them know it was there on Friday morning without getting a response back. May try to call again later today. Oh well. It is what it is.

So my sickness is gone and I had to resort to my new Tugboat as my KFL+ will not make contact. Anyone know what the deal is or have had the same issues with the KFL+? I will say, the Tugboat V2 is badass, 1.2ohm coil at 14 watts is very good. I bought an authentic Tug and Magma, I think the Tugboat is better, very easy to build on and the added air holes is perfect.

I use a Infinite Kayfun Lite Plus 2 clone and it makes contact on both the rDNA and the DNA 30.

Was about to pull the trigger on the rDNA, but if they're making the DNA40 before Christmas, I probably should wait for that.

Also that "vape according to temperature" thing sounds really, REALLY cool.

Probably a good idea. 30 watts does the job, but the newest Evolv chip with 40 watts combined with the internal wireless charging would be nice.:)

I have a svoemesto kayfun lite v2. No issues at all with the 510 contact on the RDNA. Just use my Erlkonigin now. I did hear of the occasional person with the adjustable 510 sticking on the RDNA, but they were able to remedy it themselves. Perhaps unscrew the bottom screw a tiny bit on the kayfun 510. Hope you can figure out what is causing your issue.

Yeah it's a legit Kayfun. I tried unscrewing the post but it loosens the block to much. I guess the experimenting will commence.

Either way, as of now I am very happy with the Tugboat ontop. Just stinks as I do not want a dripper on top for my workday.

I understand I am a tank vaper out and about myself.
This is what someone did on the stuck 510 in this thread.Tough call because if you open it. It voids the warranty.
