I agree with that, the resistance (0.16 ohms) hasn't changed since I installed the nickel coil in my Tilemahos, 9 days ago.
Just got my first replacement today. Build date of 3/3/15. The ohm reading issue I had is fixed, but I already got a scrambled screen. Sigh
They said all orders from now on will have the newer chip with the lock atty option and fixed screen. Includes all repairs as well. Of course mine came today so it doesn't have it.
Geezzz, with all the problems with this thing, I'm wondering if I ought to forget about getting one.

Getting really tired of sending this back and forth. Just got this back a couple days ago and the screen has glitched 3 times. It's a small screen version that was supposed to be eradicated a while back...not.
That is what my last chip did when you hit those button combos.
How do you lock wattage on the new chip? That would be dumb if they got rid of that option. I'm kind of hoping this new screen messes up me so I can send it in and get the new one.
I am not sure. I just so happened to hit the up and down button to discover this new feature. I never use the wattage lock myself.
Any screen glitching issues with the new "improved" chip? It occurs more frequently in TC mode. What's the build date on your new one with the updated chip?
I have only had it about 30 hours, but so far none. My first one glitched in a few hours. The customer service rep did test mine over the weekend for me prior to sending it out and reported no glitches.
I got shipping confirmation for my rDNA40 on Thursday and got a tracking number. I've been checking it every day since and it still says shipping info received. So I call VS and they tell me that just because I got a shipping notice and tracking number that it may not have actually shipped out yet and that they use that to track it through their process. This makes no sense to me as my order is marked as complete and it says I have two day shipping. I will see if it shows up today when I get home as I am in Ohio. If not I guess I'll be looking at next week around Thursday until I have it according to VS. Not very happy so far. And I will be extremely peeved if I get it and it starts glitching.
