Weren't you getting the screen glitches much before this? Guessing you didn't send it in to get updated to the newest chip since it doesn't have the resistance lock. Time to send it in :)

I startred to use it with Kanthal coils, no screen glitches at that time.

The screen glitches started with Nickel N200 coils, first one glitch in a week, but now are becoming more frequent and diverse.

I haven't send it for the chip replacement, I wrote to them some days ago and they asked for my information (address) to generate a "return label".

To facilitate the process, a friend will take it to USA and from there he will ship it to Vapor Shark.

That's nice that they're replacing the whole unit. :)
What kind of glitch was it? The screen glitches usually stay until the screen resets.
Difficult to remember which type of glitch, there were so many styles of glitch w/ previous rdna they blend together. But I went back to marquis I've used primarily with vs & no glitching since. Using kanthal currently but will rebuild w/ nickel soon & hopefully glitch-free!

I've been using my rDNA 40 for two months and it's nearly perfect. I didn't have any problems until today. I was trying to charge my rDNA 40 with the USB charger but it did not work. There are no "green light" or "red light" around the button. It's not charging, I tried to use a new battery but still cannot charge. I also tried to use another USB cable but still not working. What can I do? Please help. Thanks, have a great day!

Not sure I fully understand.......... you have a fully functional unit but you think the newest updated chip has something besides atty lock........ why????

pretty much fully functional only problem i have with it is when it sits for like 20 mins i have to unscrew the atty and hit new coil everytime to get vapor production otherwise it hits TP mode almost instantly and it was fine before i put it down!!

Check your coil build. There's nothing wrong with your mod and trying to scam for a new board is slimy.

the build is fine I'm using the VS occ coils and it does it on any build!! scam lol wouldn't you want the newest board in your rdna 40 after spending $$$ on it??

I have 2 rDNA40's and had issues with frequent TP issues. I can almost guarantee it's a connection problem, not the device.

It would be nice to have the newest chip version but I agree with KTM, it's not right.

hey we all paid a decent amount of $$$ for our devices, they shouldn't have screwed up in the first place with all the different glitches, i don't have anything against them at all!! but i just want mine to be working flawless!!

Has anyone else's rDNA 40 been bleeding out the battery? I put in a battery reading 4.1 volts 24 hours ago and now it's reading 3.9 volts and I have not touched my rdna in the last 24 hours.... Both of my rDNAs do this - they are from the delayed cyber Monday batch (big screens).

I agree, mine does the same thing. I have no idea what the problem is though. Mine is from 2/20 or so.

That isn't a device problem, it is a connection problem. Like Nova and KTM said, trying to fabricate an issue to replace a perfectly fine board is shady. I have one of the original rDNA40's from the first shipment of the pre-order and it works fine. I bought a second one in February that needed to be RMA'd that I just got back.

I could have probably easily scammed them for a new board on my original, but I believe karma is a mean *****, and I don't really want to test her.
