I have been using rDNA40 since day 1, and it was my only APV.

However as of 30 minutes ago I have a problem. When I click the fire button and release it, the rDNA doesn't stop firing and continious nonstop. I checked the interior to see if the button was stuck but it wasn't. I am clueless. I am back to my Provari 2.5 after a year. Any ideas?
I have rma twice because of this.
The first time, they changed out the dna board.
The second time, they exchanged my small screen unit for the new large screen w/attie lock.

So how does the process work? I buy the diagnostic package and send it? How long would it take? Now that I think of it, a colleague at work bought an rDNA40 but went back to smoking after a week. I should call and ask him if he would sell it to me tomorrow. That would work while waiting for the repair.

Yep it's really that simple. Buy the Diagnostic service. Print out a copy of the order. I took my battery out, wrapped device in bubble wrap and put it and the order copy in a priority mail box. I live in California so it took 9 days door to door but most of that was travel time. It was in their hands for 2 business days.

Buying your friends device as a backup is a good idea. But remember prices have dropped. Brand new ones from VS are $130 now. I have 3 of them. They're my daily drivers. Great little mods.

Waiting for the pre-order :D

They need to start naming their mods. DNA40 and rDNA40 just doesn't do it. Maybe Great White, Hammerhead, Nurse, Tiger, etc

Ok, maybe not Nurse
Don't forget the Lemon Shark.

lol I kid I kid.

It appears may require multiple 18650s so goodbye Rdna40. This explains why they are blowing them out.

I don't think it's going away. My guess is that it was in response to Hana and that they needed to open up their pricing to fit the DNA200 in there.

My Sharks are in serious need of some paint. I saw somewhere where I can send them but forgot. Anyone?

Tapped from my LG G3

VS will replace the case for $ 39.00 if I recall correctly. Just had my case placed after an upgrade from DNA 30 to 40.

Good job, fairly quick turnaround.
