jherron,

Let me know if you need a spreadsheet/order form done up. I'm always happy to help :)

BTW, great looking rba! I really like how it looks on a Don. It would look even better on my SS Don!

thank you and it would be a great match for an ss don . might have to take you up on the offer on the spreadsheet if the list gets out of hand

can you make a threaded hole for the second wick so we can cover it if we don't like dual wicks
or just make mine single wick:D

depends on how much room i have ,the wick holes would be larger diameter screws so it may not fit under the cap . it will probably end up that the fill hole will double as a wick hole with a ground screw next to it so it can be used for a second wick

Agreed, I've turned TI before (a friend of mine has my mill and lathe, I cant use it where im living now.) It gets really hot without good tools) and you have to worry about deflection more than other metals. Its mostly about the tools you use, they MUST be sharp. most cooling systems will work fine, ive even used a pond pump with soapy water.. haha online metals has random 10-12" sections grade 2 for $60 something.

I will watch for the glass / quartz tanks, thats a requirement for me. I have abandoned plastic as I feel it is much less safe. do you have an ETA on the glass?

im waiting for the glass shop to give me a call , if that falls through i will find someone else who can supply it for me .

here is a couple shots of final wick placement and now has the option for dual coils , and you can also see that there is a concave in the top this to guide any liquid that has leaked back to the wick and the wick hole not down the side of the cap or positive pole . first one will be mailed out tommorrow and a few others soon to follow . i wish i could make them faster but im doing what I can. and pyrex should be here the end of next week , i ordered a small batch of ten just to make sure of the quality but they will be precision ground , flame polished and beveled on the inside so im crossing my fingers in hopes theese will be super nice
